Amazing dentist practice, very professional and courteous staff and my appointments always started on time - so very thoughtful! Had a recent teeth whitening treatment with Enlighten and it was absolutely great with no painful sensitivity and fantastic results with the best care and help of my dentist (Mariyana). Highly recommend!

As soon as you walk in the receptionists are pleasant and smiling easing your fear or concerns. My dentist is ZAHRA DIN who performed major treatments on my teeth making me feel so relaxed and with her fantastic attitude, pleasant personality and excellent service I highly recommend it. In my opinion ZAHRA DIN is the best dentist ever!

Rude receptionist (on the phone). Gave me the attitude pointing out that as a private patient I would be charged for re-scheduling or cancelling my appointment (although I wasn't informed about this in advance and I had no option but to cancel my appoitment because I wasn't able to be back in town in time). Also, the first time I had a filling I paid the deposit of 50 GBP prior to my appoitment and once the filling was done I had to explain to the receptionist that I had already paid the deposit and I have a receive to prove it because she did not seem to find the record in their system. This was stressful as potentially I could have been asked to pay the whole amount on top of the deposit that I had already paid. I I liked my dentist but the admin side of things at this practice was not great. I will not be booking any more appointments there. that being said, I am sure there are plenty of other patients who had a better experience than I did.

Horrible staff, in situations we are now my partner didn't attend the dentist first time because my mom had covid 19 was positive so we was self isolated for 2 weeks, after they make her different appointment unfortunately I had cough didn't feel well day before. every surgery says you shouldn't attend any appointment if someone in household doesn't feel well last 2 days. Dentist called and my partner explained the situations and,she,was,so,rude said you have covid for 2 month!!! But first was cancelled by them!!! Will put more complain as received letter that she should find different dentist because didn't attend appointment!!!!! Anyway they just want,to,take your,teeth out,not,fixing!!!

An absolutely superb experience at this dental practice. Maria Noula (Dentist) and Anila Rohey (Dental Nurse) were exemplary in my care whilst there. Maria explained everything to me during my visit and the dental service I received was superb. Anila took great care of me, kept me informed and ensured I was comfortable. Both are absolutely professional and committed. A fantastic experience at the practice and one I'd recommend to everyone i know. This is backed up by the reception staff whom were superb too. 10/10.

Rude staff. Dentist and receptionist alike. We asked to swap dentist as our original one constantly liked to remind my husband about his bad crooked teeth, despite every effort made including braces. The new one doesn't retain any information you tell her. The receptionist are beyond rude and the wait times are always around 45 mins after your appointment. Not great when you have to take your children out of school

I have been with Harrington Dentists for many years now.
I always get a extremely professional , polite, courteous, service from them all.
Especially Zahra Din, who is a wonderful and
extremely professional Dentist and all round 'good egg' .
I would recommend mydentist Harrington Street to everyone and anyone for a first rate and five star service.

Maria Noula dentist I was in lot of pain i ask her to take outshe dicede not to because is not safe and she was scare ,and when I told her I'm going on holiday she ask me where then i answer and she said take thooth out there Wow ???????????????? unbelievable seriously avoid this dentist!!!

My grandad had an appt recently. He booked the appointment over the phone for 12 with Dr Panesar. He got there early. A European receptionist was so rude and arrogant, she told my grandad his appointment was apparently at 2 and not 12. So he asked her if he could see the dentist, she refused to let him wait and huffed "you gonna wait for 2hours, why don't u go away and come back later. The dentist won't see u now". He insisted to wait to see the dentist but the receptionist kept saying the dentist won't see him. She did not even offer to go and speak to the dentist to see if he was available or let the dentist know that my grandad was waiting.
This isn't the first time this has happened. The European receptionist with blonde hair and green eyes needs a retrain and the management team must pay some attention to her behaviour with patients. It is utter disgusting and unacceptable.

I don't like it because they don't do anything for my tooth and they make appointment 3 weeks time for me but they not telling me properly how to brush teeth or not giving anything to find out and my tooth is really pain and never stop but sometimes do and then stop or later or very late really pain.

Waited 3 months for appointment. Apparently my appointment was cancelled a month ago. I never received letter and they didn't bother to confirm that with me. Don't understand why would you send a letter if I booked everything online and how hard it is to make a phone call!
