Jaycee and Mark couldn't have made getting our engagement ring sorted any easier. As a guy it can be very intimidating thinking about what type of ring to get (colour, clarity, cut, what?). Jaycee took the jargon and complications out of this and brought it back to basics (diamond shape, ring type, what the band is made of, budget) and gave some recommendations on how to get the best value for my budget. (And even sorted me out when I was an awkward customer and wanted a different diamond even when the one she ordered for me was in the workshop already!) The end result was a gorgeous ring which was valued at almost 3 times what I paid for it - so Mark is clearly very good at what he does! Even a month later I sometimes catch my fiancé staring at her ring, mesmerised by the nice big shiny rock. Burt & Gurt were recommended to me by a friend from work who got his engagement ring with them and I would recommend them to anyone! Seriously guys, thanks so much, you've made the most intimidating part of getting engaged so easy! We'll definately be coming your way for our wedding rings in 2023!
