It’s very nice shop and museum.
there different things you can buy t-shirt, shirts, mugs, medals and caps.
All items have ( Hard Rock Cafe London) writings on them.
Good items for gift from London for different ages baby, boys, girls and adults.
I like the museum also very interesting and you will be with a guide will explain for you everything in the museum

MUST SEE for music fans. The staff are incredible. Especially Ash in the "secret" museum in the cellar. He was so knowledgeable and interesting! I could have spent hours listening to his stories!

The corporate logo designed by illustrator Alan Aldridge in 1971 the initial inspiration and impetus for a range of self-promoting souvenir merchandise sold here.
The hip halcyon days, "Rock” association and so-cool cred, now long receded in the romance of memory.
What remains here is a rock memorabilia accumulation as bait+backdrop for a BRAND dunked in self-aggrandising nostalgia. Or in their own words... "a memento of great times."

Great range of products with fantastic staff! The vault is a must see with lots of interesting pieces and stories attached. The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially with my little ones. My youngest was asleep in the sling and staff were very conscious to not wake her and that my visit wasn't impeded by wearing her. The sales assistant at the till was SO helpful and friendly helping us pick out the right products. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

A very unkempt older gentleman wearing a Hard Rock hoodie, smoking and hawking/spitting outside the restaurant yesterday was enough to turn my stomach so I didn't get in. I think he worked there as he was in and out a lot . I'd suggest any employees who fancy a smoke and a spit, they should do it down the side road so potential customers don't have to see it. Looked like a lovely restaurant too hence why I'm not giving this review fewer stars

Staff lovely, the vault was amazing experience, our tour guide was great he new so much answers all our question and found out things we never new, brough our glasses from here and a top ???? this place is not to be missed, if your a rock fan go her ill bet your find out information you never knew

Head to the Vault for Rock Memorabilia. Downstairs in the shop, there is a locked vault full of rock memorabilia not on the walls next door. They run tours down there (it's just one room) and you can get up close and personal with guitars from Led Zeppelin, U2 and loads more. Stage outfits and even signed Beatles contracts from the Abbey Road sessions.
You only need about twenty minutes down there but it's a great place for a 'fix' of memorabilia if you don't wish to eat next door.

Bad customer service. I asked the price of an item, and was given a price but then when scanned at the till it came up more expensive. At the till my items were scanned all whilst I was totally ignored as the shop assistant Anna talked to her colleague in their own language. Anna then went onto presume I was paying by card as she typed the amount into the card machine and put it in front of me. When I showed her my cash, there was no eye contact or acknowledgment and it was just taken off me. I was barely thanked for my purchase.

If you eat at the Hard Rock Cafe you get tickets to see ‘the Vault’ a small room in which articles such as guitars, dresses and more from very famous artists are exposed.

discount on a earlier bought that doesn't work on the website and that sort of things
for me no more hardrock shop anymore after several years alo the hardrock card bought and a great number of points and suddenly that system was also dissapeared .
