GUESS ACCESSORIES

The only reason I still occasionally buy from Guess is good value for money (including Marciano) in the Sales period. This store: I’m glad to see I’m not the only one being disappointed with staff’s behaviour: totally indifferent to customers, lazy to speak even the basics, let alone engaging in order to help customers find what they want. I visited the store 3 times last year before December. Generally, Guess provides the worst by far online service than any of their competitors. It is quite complicated and time consuming: upon placing an order, you receive an email that puts your order on hold due to their “... validation phase and necessary verifications made by Guess.” ?! It takes a whole day at least till they officially confirm your order (not sure if the ordered items are kept for you in the meantime?!). If you need to reset your password on your account - good luck with it! Nightmare. The system simply doesn’t work. They use Royal Mail (good luck with that if there’s nobody at home, I can only collect on Saturdays at the very limited time slot they are open, and with no car park where I go!). Finally - and sadly - no option of collecting in store, and this is where some of their competitors beat them. It would be convenient both for the customers and for the company itself, because they’d receive the returning item instantly back rather than waiting for 28 days ..... But obviously the management do not think functionally ..

For some reason this guess store feels run down compare to other guess stores I have been to. This store is in a great location but double check my items I bought since they look like knock offs.

Awful customer service. The staff were no help with sizing and seemed like they didn't want to speak to anyone. At checkout the member of staff said one thing and that was just asking for the price! Item stuffed in the bag with no care and not folded whatsoever. You'd expect better service for the price. Nice top though.

Love this store have everything.

Is a nice range of goods especially the party dresses. The shop has a beautiful display of clothes with a few accessories including shoes. The staff is not very customer friendly apart from one girl that is always looking after the customers. This year I absolutely love the white dress ???? that you can see in the picture. I am slightly disappointed ???? that they put the sales three weeks before Christmas and the dresses I bought are now half price. However it gives me an excuse to buy a few more. There is also a guess accessories shop next door that have a fabulous arrange of bags for day and evening.

Before when I visit guess in Brompton I was really not happy about customer service,but this time French lady was really helpful I’m glad staff is changed. I will come back :) thank you for helping me choose perfect jacket ☺️❤️

I love Guess clothing, have the bags, purses and clothing. Visited the Knightsbridge store yesterday the salesgirl was clearly not happy to be serving customers. Won't be revisiting this store.

One girl she working there she think people Stupid and she is very bad customer service

I purchased a watch from them. And told them to order some extra rings/chain of the watch as I felt it was not fitting me properly. The lady said ok I ll order for you and call you the next day. But I didn't receive any call and when I called her back she said some random girl answers saying dats not you.. how ridiculous is that.. ignoring this I asked about the extra chain and then she said u order it yourself.. I can't order on my end ..and each ring will cost you extra 10 pounds.. while at the time of purchasing she said it's all free and she ll order it for me..and the lady was very rude over the phone. This was something definitely not expecting from the staff at this price.VERY UNPLEASANT STAFF AND THE SUPERVISOR TOO. Will never ever go again there.

Marked up prices and rude staff. For example, a watch that costs about 80 dollars in the U.S. was being sold at this GUESS shop for around $180 pounds. Not a fair evaluation of price.

Unpleasant staff when returning an item. Will not shop at Guess again although the items are nice ...
