The online store has the worst customer service. The courier notified me that the delivery of my £150 custom picture had been cancelled and needed to contact Tate. I've tried five times over nearly two weeks, and no one has got back to me - emailed the shop (the recommended way to contact), the general information line, Twitter and even the press office in a hope they might be able to encourage someone to let me know what was happening. Goods arrived broken. The delivery man accepted the breakage but would not take the item back. So far I have tried to contact the Tate Shop by phone and email twice with NO RESPONSE WHATEVER. I will never buy from here in future.

I could spend almost as much time browsing through the Tate Modern Shop as the museum itself. It has a wonderful selection of books, quirky gifts and really fun children's stuff. I would definitely buy my London souvenir's from here as well if I was only visiting the city.

Le magasin est très chouette, j'y achète toujours un petit quelque chose au détour de mes visites ! Mention spéciale au rayon bijouterie qui vend de très jolis bijoux de créateurs à des prix abordables. Le personnel est extrêmement à l'écoute et très serviable, un grand merci à Amanda qui m'a aidé à retrouver ma paire de boucles d'oreilles préférée que j'avais achetée et perdue il y a quelques années en magasin.

The store is very nice, I always buy a little something there when I visit! Special mention to the jewelry department which sells very pretty designer jewelry at affordable prices. The staff are extremely attentive and very helpful, a big thank you to Amanda for helping me find again my favorite pair of earrings that I bought and lost a few years ago in store.

독특하면서 예쁜 상품들이 많아서 맘에 든다! 테이트 멤버쉽으로 10%할인도 되서 좋다~ 내셔널 갤러리는 멤버쉽은 할인 안되던데 겹치는 상품들 몇개 있어서 이왕이면 할인 가능하면 여기서 구매하는게 나을듯-
