Not the best fish and chips I’ve had. But certainly not the worst.
The price is reasonable for a small portion, which is enough for a meal if one isn’t greedy.
I’ve dined here three times. The first time was the best, the other two were ok, if not a bit below average.
I can see the argument about undercooked chips, as twice now my chips have been very light and soggy.
I put this down to the females they have cooking the food (none of which probably know how to cook).
To make great food you must love the food.
Overall I give a 3/5 all things considered.

I had fish & chips with curry, £9.90,
The chips looked almost raw, But tasted ok.
The fish was soggy & hot, I enjoyed the meal but they have a long way to go to get 5 stars, Just needs the cooking time to be a little longer!

Disgusting. One to avoid. We didnt enjoy our food at the time and felt sick for the rest of the day. Staff were lovely and were very nice but the food was awful.

Poor. Dirty tables and floor. Not busy. Hygiene issues from staff. Unclean cutlery. Stale bread and butter. Plenty of black stuff in the food from dirty oil/griddle. Disappointing.

I have read a few comments but my experience was not good £17.04 for pie and chips,scampi and chips a red bull and a latte. The chips were pale and seemed only just cooked the pie filling was a joke i would not recommend here or go back again...it was a waste of £17

Prices are way too high for the quality of the food
My chips were under cooked not crispy but soggy!
when i received my plate it was all cold, the cheese on top hadn't melted due to the chips being COLD so it was a horrible floury taste as that was pre grated packet cheese!!! my gravy was also COLD!!
the person who i went with also received the same standard of cold chips and un-melted cheese as well as COLD beans and a dry fishcake!
ALSO £2.10 for a bottle of coke! what a joke...
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.. WILL NOT BE BACK!! :)

Food was good but to say 5 star rating for food hygiene a laugh most of the girls wore too much jewellery they serve food so unhygienic only 2 people wore gloves what training in food hygiene have management provided never see staff were so much jewellery ever while serving food might visit again n see if anything has changed .
