Very efficient, rang up booked my car in, when i arrived the staff on on the front counter were helpfull and polite. Place was spotless. To be honest it would be hard to find any faults. I would defiantly recomend this garage.

Staggeringly poor - so much so I felt compelled to write my 1st review EVER. Promised to book me in one day THEN prescribe "this is not possible for another 4 days" after promising - no apology NO honesty, made me feel like their lack of simple management was my fault ..... I hope they can actually fix cars...... doubt it

Adam and the team took care of my MX5 after I got tyres online through BlackCircles.
I wanted somewhere local that offered 4 wheel alignment as the MX gets twitchy with iffy tyres and rouge steering.
It was seized up, so it was lubed to take back after the weekend but then I had to leave it.
Adam and Co. couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating.
When I picked it up they'd even made sure to adjust the steering wheel so it was straight when the car steered straight, which I've had to ask for from the likes of National.
Great service. Well recommended.

Booked 3 days in advance for new tyre & free tracking check tyre done then said can't do tracking as another car was on the bay so went home and checked tyre pressure was over inflated 2.5bar when should have been 2.3, if they had asked it was written on visor ,good job I checked,appears they are only really helpful if it's a large job.

Rude!
I took in some 4x4 tyres and they pretty much refused to balance them!
They made excuses saying you can't balance the tyres I have. Even though I have a set fitted to the truck all balanced?!
So it's either lack of knowledge or pure laziness!
I will not be going back again!

Rude and terrible customer service. Was told to pop in when I had an hour to spare as I needed a new tyre. Returned as instructed and was advised that this wasnt the case and that they couldn't fit me in without an appt. Crazy given I have been there before and not booked. Subsequently booked in to another business and paid them to do it instead. With customer service like that its amazing they have any!

Found the service average, a bit rude and cold at times. They're not customer focused, just a case of what do you need, do it and pay.
Couple of silly things like one of the drivers not taking off the handbrake on the mercedes and another using a calculator to work out my change and still giving me the incorrect amount back.
Won't use these again unless im very desperate and have no other choice.
