My wife unfortunately had a flat tyre this morning when she had to get to an urgent appointment. She phoned me at work and I suggested that she attend this company as they were local and hopefully reputable. She rocked up at the garage and found the male working there to be not particularly helpful, rude and somewhat angry and although he did fit a new tyre, he appeared to do this under sufferance and obviously did us NO favours on the price. My wife felt as though he took advantage of the fact she is female because he was not rude to the male that came in after her. I normally do not write reviews but feel that this needs highlighting. AVOID.

Great garage, had my tyres replaced, Michelin did not send the ones I'd ordered so the staff were very friendly and offered me an upgraded solution which I was very pleased with. Quick and Great service, will be going back for any car issues I may have and for future tyres.

Price and workmanship for MOT and a replacement tyre was excellent. MOT report thorough and detailed. However, the estimate for changing windscreen wipers and oil filter was a little on the expensive side.

My most recent visit there i was very anxious to go and have to sit in the waiting area... but I didn’t have to worry I was directed to a chair in the waiting area which was a a safe distance from other people, I was wearing a mask...and I was asked to wear gloves which were provided before using anything I had to come into contact with eg payment card machine.
I must add that the place was spotless and the staff were to be seen constantly sanitising the desk and the counter screen
They were tip top with making me feel very safe in the indoor environment and their attention and attitudes towards keeping their depot safe from covid was 100%....I cannot fault it and felt much safer there than any other place I have been too recently.
I will definitely be going back there....too Marks all round guys thank you for keeping me safe while I was there.

Service good but ATS Brighton does not accept contactless payment! I had to get my girlfriend to go home and then return with physical card. Come on ATS in this day and age, if you want to to be considered as viable company, contactless payment is a must.

My electric window managed to get stuck three quarters of the way down.I drove to ATS to see if they could help.Even though they do not deal with windows the guy on the reception told me,he was still willing to find somebody to help me.
Another guy came to have a look and after a lot of tugging and pulling he managed to get my window to go back up.These guys could not have been more helpful,thank you so much,you really got me out of trouble!????

Called on the morning of my MOT to cancel it as their electronic system had failed. Rebooked to a few days later, only to get there and be told they still can't do them and wouldn't be able to all week. Why didn't they call me the day before to let me know? I rushed to get there before work for nothing and now have an overdue MOT and will have to find another garage that can do it asap. Won't be using them again.

Great service from this depot yesterday. The tyres I wanted had proved difficult to source, but they had stayed on the case and got them. I then wanted them on different wheels and with new sensors. They took it all in their stride, were interested in doing a good job and were very affordable. Great job - recommended.

By an AMAZING coincidence I ended up with screw in my tire after I went to them to have my wheels aligned. Happened previous time I went there too. Once is unlucky, twice is a pattern. Either their workshop floor is used for loose screw storage or they think I have "Cash Cow" written on my forehead. I'd recommend anyone else (Even Kwik Fit) over these shysters.

I booked the car in for an appointment and expected there to be a lot of hanging around but was really chuffed to discover that i could actually get on with some work (free wifi) and have a coffee! The guy behind the counter was really helpful and the job done within an hour. Result!
