I highly recommend Sirius. They supply me with a Toshiba printer wich we find fantastic. They manage the devices for us remotely and whenever a problem has occurred they have responded very quickly to fix the issue.They always in hand to help and always accessible.

I highly recommend Sirius. They provided my business with 2 large A3 sized photocopiers and 5 A4 desktop colour printers around 2 years ago. They manage the devices for us remotely and whenever a problem has occurred they have responded very quickly to fix the issue. The level of support I receive is far greater than my previous supplier. We have been using Sirius for a number of years and over that time I have always found Matt and the team to be very efficient, helpful and responsive. All our printers are covered under a service contract with Sirius with the consumables being monitored remotely and being delivered well before they run out. This helps to reduce much of the stress of running a small business. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Sirius to other potential customers.

Sirius have looked after our machines for years, they provide a very efficient service and they are affordable. Matt definitely knows his stuff, and the office team have always been extremely helpful, as well as the engineers that come to site. When meeting the engineers they have always been presentable, polite and always ensure they leave with the job completed or a temporary solution in place so that we do not lose out on our printing.

We are now in our fourth year with Sirius, and could not be happier with the service provided by them. Our Toshiba printer/photocopier is remotely monitored, so we never have to worry about running out of toner, and the only minor issue we did encounter was quickly and efficiently resolved. We would highly recommend Sirius for all of your printer requirements!

Sirius Digital Solutions are an extraordinary company to work with. They are so organised, professional and always on hand to help. We have worked with the team for a few years and wouldn't dream of changing supplier. They have an incredible system that is linked to our printers so they can always keep track of our ink levels, servicing etc. If there is a problem that they cannot solve due to internal connection or network, they have outsourced to trusted companies to come in and fix the problem straight away.
I will always recommend Sirius Digital Solutions to any company. You are not just getting a printer and photocopier with Sirius, you are getting 24/7 support and advise. Thank you!

One of my better decisions as a business owner in Hertfordshire was to employ the services of Sirius Digital Solutions. Prior to coming on board with Sirius I was spending a small fortune on toner and using a hopelessly inadequate copier/printer.
I purchased a top quality printer from Sirius and now enjoy the luxury of complete service at a great rate saving me both the stress off using a rubbish printer and at least £100 per month on toner. Sirius are brilliant to deal with. Cannot praise them enough.

Matt and team sorted our problem printer by ordering us a brand new one, ordered and installed within 7 days, cheaper service contract than our previous supplier and the best most bubbly and friendly business deal we have ever done....this has definitely put them at the top of our preferred supplier for printing and associated supplies. Can't recommend them enough!!
