I was recommended Field Tyres by my local garage. When I arrived I parked on their forecourt. 4 or 5 men all saw me and ignored me, one man wasn't even doing anything. I started to say hello to them and to ask if they could help me and they all made eye contact and looked away without acknowledging me at all. My suggestion is that if you are a woman, go somewhere else where you won't be treated like you don't belong there. I left saying its fine I will go somewhere else...they ignored that too!!!!

Always so impressed when I go here! Quick, completely transparent and just an all round faultless service. Had tyres being replaced and fixed before they’d even opened this morning and I was back on the road in 40 minutes at a more than reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

I drove over a nail, resulting in a puncture and called up Fields at 4.30pm and they ordered in a new tyre and had it fixed (roadside) by 10am the next morning. Great service, highly recommend!

I had the misfortune of puncturing 2 tyres on my way to work today (avoiding a cyclist). I live almost 30 miles from Hove. I called Fields Tyres and they sourced new tyres and came to my work place to fit them within a few hours. Amazing service and a reasonable price, which meant I could get home tonight!

I couldn't find anywhere local that had Michelin Pilot Super Sport in stock. They didn't have any in stock, but said they could get it in next day and fit it in the morning. They actually ended up getting one of the tyres in on the same day and squeezed me in last minute before they closed, this was great for me as I was going away the next day and had a slow puncture...great service!

I arrived with a flat Tyre and I was spoken to abruptly by the representative present. They would not help me in repairing the tyre nor would they replace my flat Tyre with the replacement I had in the boot of my car!!
Overall really poor service and I’m quite frankly shocked it has 4.9 Stars!
I am now at Fields Tyres which are now replacing my Tyres no questions asked!!

I just took my VW Golf to Fields to have a puncture repaired. They dealt with it very promptly, re-packed the emergency spare tyre in the boot for me, checked all of the other tyre pressures and didn't make any 'hard sell' about other work that might be needed (as I find KwikFit tend to do). While they were doing this, I had a free cup of coffee in their warm waiting area. Overall I would give this 11 out of 10 for customer service! Thanks to all of the team at Fields in Hove.
