With no exaggeration, the most friendly customer service I’ve ever at a tyre shop so I go back time after time. Excellent knowledge, good advise, nothings ever a problem and they looked after my brand new wheels as if they were their own. Cannot recommend enough.

Used these guys for the first time recently because they are round the corner and their reviews online are fantastic. I took in a new set of wheels and some new tyres and got them to fit everything onto my van. Now that I’ve been here once, there is no chance I’ll be going anywhere else for my tyres in future! I was delighted with the service, they booked me in really quickly and gave me a slot at the end of the day so the place would be empty with plenty of space. The team did a great job, provided me with great advice and I got some great entertainment in the process from the banter between them. It really is thoroughly refreshing to find a garage that truly excels in customer service, it makes such a difference and I will be (and have been!) recommending them to everyone I know. Great job, and thank you!

Even if you don't need tyres go there! So helpful, polite and fun to deal with. We turned up with a blown tyre with a 200 mile journey home ahead of us, just when they had a minor disaster of their own as the vehicle lift had just failed. Far from sending us away, we were asked to wait 5 minutes before our vehicle was assessed, 2 tyres fitted in the space of 40 minutes. Friendly service above and beyond what we expected with very competitive prices.

After An AA man snapped off my locknut cause the socket I had was broken - looked embarrassed, inflated my flat tyre then left I rang Tyre Pros at Hove in a panic - It's 4.30 pm on Good Friday , I can't get my flat tyre off , I need my car on the Saturday !!!
No problem says Jaz, bring it round .
I did and he and Ben really worked hard to get the damaged lock nuts off without the appropriate socket , fit tyres and give a wheel alignment before they shut.
I'm so grateful and appreciate the effort they went to.
Very nice company to deal with , clean workshop , lovely people who are clearly part of our community .
I will definitely get them to doi more work on my car in the future

Absolute best place for tyres!! I went there a few weeks ago to get my tyres changed, the guys there were really nice and helpful, and had a super fun sense of humor. Such service!! I called when these knights in black t-shirts were thinking about setting off home for tea. And yet they waited and sorted my wheel, and all with good humour. They were polite and friendly, mindful of the current issues regarding distancing, and went a long way to calming down this damsel in distress! My thanks to you kind sirs. I’ve been into Tyre Pros twice this month and they have been excellent. Clear explanations about problems with my car, great communication over price and a throughly professional service. Faz even offered to pick me and show me the change in the car’s steering which I thought was a great touch.

Honest, down-to-earth service delivered with a smile. Nice to see a small business focus on doing right by their customer and not trying to rip them off. Would rather pay a premium for these guys to deliver what they do but they probably wouldn’t take it. Reminds me, must take them in some beers as a tip - keep on trucking!

Fast, friendly and professional service, my spare wheel cage had seized up and instead of telling me I needed it fixed they just did it and rethreaded and greased the fixing so I wouldn't have the problem again. Replaced the valve on the spare and the wheel and replaced the dust caps, all in the quoted price. Excellent, will be returning.

I went for the most simple of tasks - to buy and have headlight bulbs fitted. I called and arranged a time and they saw me as soon as I arrived. Two helpful staff carried out the work in a friendly and efficient manner and while I was settling up the Very Affordable bill, they kindly checked my Tyre pressure and tread while I waited. Very good customer service and very pleasant experience compared to some places. I will be going back there for all my Tyre and exhaust etc requirements and cannot recommend this outfit highly enough.
