Canna Provisions Dispensary

My experience at Canna Provisions (Lee) was my second dispensary visit but first in the U.S. Over all they where informative, patient and had a good selection. While we couldn’t go inside ordering on the site for pick up was quick and painless. We ordered, had lunch and come back for pick up when notified. Being three hours away its worth the trip for product and service.

Gimme that Lilac Diesel and high CBG Vanilla Frosting all day. And where would my sleep cycle be without my nighttime tinctures and melatonin-infused gummies. Nowhere. It's an uncommon thing to feel like you're being personally cared for by some of the more casually-yet-supremely knowledgeable staff divulging information and suggestion less as a flex but more for facilitating a dynamite experience while buying legal adult-use cannabis. And yet, that's what happened here my first time and every time since. Having the best menu in the state doesn't hurt either. Also love the 7-packs of pre-rolls before heading off into nature for a hike. Just excellent.

The system in place does not get medicine to the customers efficiently. There should be better communication and teamwork amongst employees. Was not told I had to pre-order and wait time was terrible. Staff displays zero hustle in trying to get orders out in a reasonable manner. Observed parking team discriminate against who they tell to wear a mask and allow not to wear a mask. Will not be coming back to Canna Provisions.

I have been here 3x and the wait is absurd each time. This last time I arrived 10 minutes before the end of my pick up window after receiving an order ready confirmation text an hour prior, I was one of the few cars lined up. I proceeded to sit there for 45 minutes as cars and customers came and went. I asked what was going on, and was told I should be the next bag for sure.....15 more minutes passed. I ended up just leaving after 45 minutes. Between this place and Theory Wellness, I 100% recommend Theory Wellness. The 15 minutes extra there and back off of the I-90 WILL NOT be saved by going to Canna Provisions. Theory actually has their act together and gets you in and out.

Great place to get all the provisions you need! Good variety of products that change often. Staff are usually very nice (except the older lady who made me feel like I was at a correctional facility ????).

My boyfriend ordered online , they came up as soon as we arrived , check our I.D's and brought him in to pay . Easily 5 minutes or less .

there is a secret that was never told to me, so heads up, if you pull in to a spot and you are not checked in right away, you have to turn on your flashing lights on your car to get any attention. i waiting 25 minutes, had to wave someone over, just to get checked in, then another 15 minutes to actually see anything. there were no apologies, no statement, like OH , we will cover the taxes, , for example. not organized at all. no one in the lot seems to care

excellent staff and covid precautions. Everyone AND I MEAN EVERYONE that I spoke with was courteous, professional and genuinely kind. My first experience ever at a dispensary and they walked me though the process with kindness and expertise.

My girlfriend has medical/recreational store in Great Barrington, but I use Canna Provisions as my go to for the last year since I moved to MA. Why? First off is because they have more choices on the menu, second is due to the quality of nuggets which are largely airy and break apart easier. Ive bought from the other stores and the nuggets are hard like rock and you cant break them into smaller pieces or crumbs with your fingers. Third is the staff, if you schedule ahead of time you will have a minimalist wait time because the staff is always running around, maybe 15 min average or less. Ive been parked outside in Great Barrington for an hour, see people standing in line for the same time. No competition really, for my time and money Canna Provision is where I go.

Everyone is extremely polite. Usually in and out quickly. Weekends are busier. The variety is not always the best. I often find they are out of what I want and I’m left experimenting with what’s available. I also understand that this is probably out of their control.

The people and atmosphere are amazing. The prices are a little higher than other places which use to be fine because canna had a great selection, unfortunately that is not the case any longer they also seem to run out of inventory quickly for things as well. Unfortunately I had to change my rating. Placed a preorder this morning and had it go through only to have them call and tell me all of it was oos. Unfortunately since they are not able to order an appropriate amount of inventory I have to change the rating.

Stay Away! Canna Lee has a paranoid, culty vibe, It feels more like the old East Germany than a weed shop. The workers are rude, awkward, inefficient and defensive. . Spend your money in Great Barrington, Pittsfield or a Becket- and be treated with respect. This place gets worse as time goes on. It will be gone in a year if they don’t get it together and start treating people with respect.

Fantastic place. Anytime im making a trip up to MA i make sure i stop by. Staff is always knowledge and kind. Retains professionalism and store compliance with a warm and welcoming feel. Store has a unqiue vibe to it that separates it from other places. Staff always makes good suggestions without being pushy or annoying. Easily the best dispensary i've been to thus far.

I love the convenience of this place. Super friendly staff. Great locations. Just need there own strains????????????????

The only reason I didn't choose 5 stars is that twice in a row I was made to wait over half an hour for product. I understand it gets busy but twice my order got "lost" in the system. My last visit was in and out pretty quick. They have a pretty large selection with very detailed information about product and online ordering is very easy.

Crazy long wait, waited 45 minutes with only 7 cars in the parking lot. Waste of time — l used to love this place but it’s disorganized nature that leaves people waiting is worth skipping. Drive a little further and go somewhere else. Lots of waiting — atleast give us a portapotty if it’s gonna take more than an hour.

Staff isn't very friendly. Curbside is a disaster and quite ridiculous. Sad. This place was cool before. Now it's just not worth the hassle.

This place was pretty much a disaster. I preordered and showed up at my assigned time. Mr, Clipboard in the parking lot asked me if I pre ordered. I I was then told to go wait in the overflow parking lot even though there were a few spaces. After a two lefts in heavy traffic Mr Clipboard number two wrote down my vehicle make and color and told me to park. No one once asked for my name or order conformation. I asked about how long the wait was and got an annoyed look and was told I had to park immediately. After about ten minutes of no movement and no communication I left empty handed I didn't think it was possible that people working at a dispensary could be more surly and unhelpful than the folks at DMV, but I guess I was wrong.

This place is AMAZING! Customer service is great! And everyone there is so friendly and willing to help! Penny and Cathy were so kind to me and patient. I drove an hour one way and will definitely be going back! The prices are fair and the product is GREAT!! ????

I had a pick-up time of 9-930am for a pre-order. I arrived few mins late due to distance. The Parking Lot Employees were extremely kind & courteous. We were literally in & out of parking lot within 10 mins with our order in hand. I'd definitely go back and recommend

Had the pleasure of buying weed in Lee last weekend. The most upbeat friendly people on the east coast. Great selection, fast curbside service and a staff that will be hard to beat. Looking no farther; found my favorite shop.

I brought the flower and pre-rolled blunt. Flower was good , but the pre-rolled blunt easily broke when opening package and once open it failed to stay moist and dried out.

Incredible experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about product, answered all my questions. Didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. I went to a different dispensary before this one and was so disappointed with the service that I left without buying anything and came here instead. So happy I did!!

Positive experience every time I visit. Friendly staff as well. They carry product from many top Brand growers with a wide variety in each category.

Amazing experience! I have heard great things about here and after just turning 21 I thought I’d see what the store was all about. I pre ordered and got my ID checked and then was brought into the store. I purchased a 1/8 of Gelato and GG #3 and some edibles. (All have been fantastic so far) On top of that, after them knowing it was my birthday they all pleasantly shouted happy birthday to me and gave me a free lighter too! Awesome customer service!! Will definitely be shopping here again and again for my cannabis needs. Thank y’all for the hard-work during the pandemic.

Ordered online and drove up the next day during my time window. Was immediately greeted by staff. They had my order and I was on my way within 5 min. Quick and easy. Prices are fine and the products I ordered were all good. No complaints. Will definitely be back soon. Got my go to place.

Preordered & stopped by for a pickup. Had a friend riding with me. After being assigned a spot an employee first rudely asked us to put on masks in my own vehicle. She then asked me for ID, then asked my friend for ID who was along for the ride. My friend didn't have any with him, (because how would anyone know that)s o the employee rudely & loudly told my friend to get off their property in a snow storm, & told him to go to Dunkin Donuts, which was closed. I should have just left there & then, but figured I'd get my stuff & go. I was wrong. Apparently, preordering means absolutely nothing, because I sat there for almost 40 minutes while my friend stood out in the snow. I will not be going back.

After my last experience, I figured I might be helpful to future potential customers. My focus being people that don't have experience with dispensaries, as in my experience a lot of the issues Cannaprovisions has are shared by the other dispensaries I have been to. I think most of these issues are industry wide and not really the fault of the individual dispensary. I can only speak for online pre ordering as well. If you're paying with cash and there's anymore than a car or 2 there, expect at least a 15 minute wait from when you get there. With 5/6+ cars I have waited up to 45 minutes to get inside. If you're paying with a debit card, this will always be faster in my experience. Cash you're required to go inside, with debit they bring your stuff to you and you pay from the car. TAKE NOTE-- I have had numerous different debit cards not work here, as well as not work with the ATM they have. This is not their fault, this is the banking regulations that apply to the industry. Be positive that your card will work there beforehand. Absolutely stay away from the disposable vapes, every single one I have bought is a waste. All 6 I have bought have died with at least 10/15% of the oil left in the pen. Stick to the .5's and up that attach to a battery, I would shy away from Rythm if there are other brands available. Maybe I'm cursed , but my pre rolls are usually shot. They canoe like they were rolled intentionally to canoe. After 34 years of life, and as someone who sucks at rolling joints, I have never experienced the amount of frustration I have had with pre rolls from dispensaries. Every single brand I have bought besides Dog Walkers and Sanctuary Medicinals has been a waste of money. In my experience your best bet is with a pre roll that is .75g or under. I have always been more than happy with the quality of the product from this location. The availability of product seems to be lacking here more than that of other places, this is probably due to their location though. It's 1 minute off of the highway, extremely convenient compared to every other dispensary I have been to. Their price point seems to be maybe 5/10% higher than other dispensaries further into Mass (from NY border). This could just be the local taxes, I have no idea. I've never had them not have what I ordered, or been given the wrong order. When you add that to the amount of convenience, it's worth the price. Please note, I don't touch Indica. Only Sativa and Sativa dominant hybrid, so my experiences only speak to Sativa leaning products. Also, yes, they're a little weird with the masks. My first time there the girl stayed like 10 feet away from my car and mimed to me about putting a mask on. This isn't and shouldn't be a problem for anyone, the lack of notification is the issue. They should have signs posted around the property, along with a verbal reminder, that you need to put a mask on before they can come to your car. Also if you're not experienced with dispensaries, they can be extremely annoying and reminiscent of being at a government ran office. You will see 10 employees, 2 customers and even then may have to wait for 30 minutes to go inside. You will buy something for $20, and they will charge you a newborn child in taxes. This isn't the dispensaries fault or responsibility to handle people complaining about this stuff. They can't control the amount of regulations the governments required that they abide by, and these regulations differ by locality.

Would give 5 stars if the cost of an 1/8 wasn't my soul, first born child and waiting in an empty parking lot for 45 minutes. Apparently the owners of Canna Provisions do not care about their customers or customer service. I wish I could say that this was a one time incident, but the place has rapidly become a gigantic dumpster fire in the past few months. $72 for an eighth of sub-par weed? Yeah, ok. Maybe if I was on crack. Go to Theory Wellness in Great Barrington. At least those people know how to treat their customers.

Excellent shop! The staff were so friendly and helpful and had the best suggestions. They were also being extremely safe concerning the pandemic. Can't wait to go back!

I normally love how efficient and timely y’all are but I’ve been in this parking lot since 12:18 and it’s 1:09 like nobody checked me in because I didn’t have my “blinker” on but no staff member told me that I needed to do that. Now I am still waiting for my product.

Security is rude to customers and sends them to overflow even if you have preorder and can see spots open

Besides the fact they are in walking distance they are always sooo nice sometimes you get cute little paper coasters or one time I got a cute little bottle with matches in it .makes you feel like your business is appreciated.. always will return matter fact about to check out the menu... Your the best

This place is busy for a very good reason. Amazing staff that knows their stuff and want to answer any question you may have. Always friendly and efficient. Quality products at great prices.

I am a very good customer of this establishment, i have spent a large chunk of change here. They have an excellent selection and knowledgable and friendly staff at a super convenient location. Until now I had been a very happy customer. The operative phrase being "had been". In each of my last three orders the product purchased was substandard and not what was advertised. ( examples: website said sativa, package said otherwise. Thc content meaningfully lower than adverised) The first time i called and spoke with someone who assured me someone would return my call. They didn't. The second time I called and left message requesting a return call. No call back. I recently picked up another order. Again there is an issue with my order. Im not bothering to call. Three strikes and you're out. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The customer service is on point, and the selection is pretty good. There's something going on with their menu on the website. The menu won't load for chrome because of an issue with cookies. I used to get a warning but would still be able to continue to shop, now it won't even load it all.

Favorite dispensary in MA! Great products & selection! Quick and stellar service even in the midst of the "VID-19"! Will see ya again real soon ;)

This is the best little pot shop in the Berkshires! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, huge selection, and minimal wait times with curbside pickup. Every time I go I try something new, and that's easy to do with the number of new products that are added to the menu on a regular basis. It's only about 15 minutes from NY, right off the Mass Pike, exit 2. Make the trip - you won't be disappointed!

Ok, so let’s get this straight, I’ve been to a few different dispensaries but this one here is the cats meow....it’s like the L.L. Bean of pot shops, luckily for Canna, they don’t have the unfortunate political ties(I know, too soon)... with that said everyone was super cool and most importantly, very knowledgeable. Nuff Respect....I shall return!

Canna Provisions' Lee has an absolutely mind-blowing selection of products, far more than I've seen at other locations. For someone like me who is relatively new to this industry, I found their staff members helpful and polite as well as informative. I was recommended Heirloom Distillate Cubes as a re-introduction to the cannabis world, and was blown away by the quality. I'll be certainly be making another purchase here soon!

False advertisement, moderately high prices for common product, and several obnoxious sale representatives make this establishment below par compared to others in the area. Check your flower's THC % content before you place order and purchase. Three times my order has been botched as per pre-order "third-party". What you pre-order and or reserve might not be what you are expecting on final sale. Sales reps. will attempt to sell you a lower % THC flower at higher price; sneaky. You can't make this up in a week's time. Be a smart and informed consumer.

The selection is good, but it’s expensive compared to some other local dispensers and the curbside pickup is a hot mess. Skip this one and go to a different dispensary.

This place changed the way I think about dispensaries forever because of the extra mile they go to take care of the customers needs. They WANT you to ask questions and teach you things, which is extremely nice when compared to how I have been treated at other places. Convenient location off the Mass pike and ridiculous selection curated from all over the state! So instead of driving to 10 different dispensaries over a couple days, I could visit this place once. Can't recommend enough!

Do not come here if you don't want to get ripped off. You can find the exact same strains from other dispensary for $10 to $15 cheaper. Pre tax is $65 for an 8th. Are your weeds made of gold leafs?
