Out of all of Mass dispensaries, Canna Provisions has got to be the best. I went on a Saturday no pre-order (which is unlike me I hate waiting in lines) but there was no wait. You get a one on one consultation and get your stuff within 10-15 minutes time, starting at check in. Best experience I've had yet with a dispensary!

Great service, staff and products. After seeing a huge line at Theory, I took the gamble to go over to Lee. So glad I did! Really helpful staff and a nice environment, with virtually no wait! I would recommend it over Theory strictly because I felt like a valued customer and not just like a number.

Was super busy when I drove by on the weekend but came on a week day and didn’t wait more than 5 mins. Eddie helped us and was as knowledgeable about all of the products as you could ask for. Beside the expert service, the store is well appointed with unique decor that has a very up-cycled theme. My new fav western MA dispensary.

I used to go here over other places because they had 1g of wax for $60 bucks now it seems they only have half grams for $36, $40, & as much as $60 a half gram! Why such a hike in prices?

Super chill, really friendly and upbeat staff who clearly all love what they do and where they work. It was raining and they were outside ready with umbrellas to walk each customer inside. Inside everyone gets their own personal shopper at their own kiosk. 11/10 will come back!

This place is awesome. Yeah the entry is entirely different but it is worth it. If I could give it 4.5 stars I would but because of my choice on Google I chose 4 stars. Yes, it cost a little more than more popular places in the area but cost less than the most expensive, but the quality is 120%. I can tell the bud is fresher, and is a'lot stronger. It is a bit out of the way for me to make me usual customer of but wow.

What a wonderful experience I had visiting Canna Provisions! After being greeted warmly, I was assigned to a knowledgeable staff member who answered my myriad of questions, making me feel right at home. The store is welcoming, and each and every staff member is friendly and pleasant. My purchase was exactly what I wanted and needed. Delightful shopping, far surpassing other local marijuana establishments.

This place is amazing! Parked right in front of the place, and waited about 10 minutes, next to a giant propane heater.
You get a personal shopper, to show you around and answer questions. Everything is on display like a boutique. The shopper has a tablet & puts in the order from there. You can order and be out of there in minutes, or take time & see everything and be educated by your extremely knowledgeable & super nice shopper.
Not as pretty a drive as Great Barrington, but worth it.
Right next to to McDonald's, is this planned?

This was my first experience at Canna Provisions, though I frequent Theory and Silver Therapeutics. I wish I had stuck with either of my tried and trusted. I used the preorder option which was filled in a timely fashion. That’s about the only positive I have to report. Several of my choices had been either left out or replaced with more expensive items. Additionally, the THC content was 10% lower than advertised on two of the eighths I purchased. This is really disappointing...feels like I got ripped off. Also...$65 for an eighth is absurd. Same exact product is marked up less at other dispensaries in the area. I won’t be returning, and recommend that customers in the area drive to Silver Therapeutics in Williamstown.

Bonus: Donate your change to save the puppies and they let you ring a bell so they can all yell, "For the puppies!" and clap. Will visit again!

I was super excited when I heard about the reopening of canna in Lee today on (memorial day nonetheless). I put my preorder in last night right at 8 pm when the site first went live. This would be my 5th or 6th trip to them and I've always been impressed with the service and product. Today was a bit different as the system was so inundated with orders that there was quite a wait. I did wait over 5 hours but despite that I was thrilled when the owner came around and guaranteed everyone in the lot at that point that they would indeed be able to serve the people there who had waited since early am. They did have to turn away some others who arrived later in the afternoon. There was talk of them selling out of certain flowers etc. But to my surprise my order was on point with everything I had ordered. I think under the pandemic pressure of learning a new way of running American business the ownership and staff did their absolute best to serve as many as possible. Other dispensaries systems just shut down altogether. I will continue to refer my friends and family to canna in Lee. Thanks again from a happy repeat customer

Pre ordered for the reopening following covid shutdown, and left with nothing after being told to "wait 30 mins" about 15 times (what was the point of scheduling half hour time frames?). The cop at the entrance is just telling people to leave with no further info. Several locals told us to "go home". Supremely disappointed that we drove an hour and a half for this.

Gone 10 times or so and the staff is friendly and the place looks good. My problem with the services are that out of these times about a half dozen times my preorder was filled and when I arrived I was told that they ran out the flower I ordered.
Every single time it happened they specifically push The Heirloom Collectives flower. The bud that costs almost $80 an eight after taxes. No thanks. Either this is a tactic of theirs or they're filling orders blindly.
Then today, 12/9/2019, I arrive at about 6:30 to pick up my preorder which was 10 minutes after I placed it. Only to be left outside in the rain until I decided to call and find out they closed at 6PM for their Christmas party. That is cool and all but my order was "accepted" and "filled" after 6PM when the store was closed. The website was up and running with no mention of an early close, Google said the store was open and no announcement was made on Twitter. Absolutely unacceptable for any self respecting company.

Best pot store I’ve seen so far. I have been to pot stores in Colorado and Washington and until I found the store in Lee, Great Barrington was where I was going in Massachusetts but Canna Provisions is now my favorite place.???????? I’ve applied to work there I like it so much.????????????

I like to know how they feel to be one of the most expansive dispensary’s in MA. Seeking ounces close to 365 and selling single joints for 20.00 is insane. Enjoy getting reviews like this because people don’t want to be abused in pricing. Make a profit but don’t be greedy or be subjected to criticism.

Went to Canna Provisions for the first time today. What an amazing experience. My wife and I have been to Colorado which was our first experience with the dispensary experience. Out there was good but nothing compared to here. We were made to feel comfortable right away from the two gentlemen working the door and from there it just got better. Our guide Michelle was knowledgeable and willing to share. We talked for a few minutes and right away she suggested and showed us the products would work best for us. The young man at the register was full of energy and it was infectious. Seemed to me that's everyone we encountered that works there really enjoys what they do and take pride in making sure you got the right medicine. After leaving we met a young man who I believe said his name was Shawn and he was the manager and was also wonderful to talk to and made sure again we got what we needed. Will definitely be going back, we just fell in love with this plac . The vibe, the people, and the atmosphere were just outstandin . Thank you Canna Provisions for making this trip so worth it!! Only caveat I have and its not a bad thin . If there is something you really want make sure you preorder so its available for you. They had plenty of stock but like any business some things sell out faster than others. Enjoy!

Wanted to join loyalty email club , gave them my email to hopefully get what my friend did the day before , they told me yes all the way thro till the end then when they got my cash THEN they said there's the door...... Where's my email back in response ?? I wrote it down on piece of paper for you guys and handed if to your staff.....nothing ? Come Canna get it together , will not be coming back , stick with theory wellness or soon to come MAC to Lee I'm sure they will be stiff competition good luck

Really great experience there but I bought 3 Insa cartridges and the battery and none of them work now. I spent about $230 and nothing is functioning now. I did charge the battery and the carts are still full, I only had them for 3 days ????
I called and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Dave, I believe that was his name, he gave me a few ideas for troubleshooting but none of them have worked. I did email the info line and have been looking forward to a response. Nothing yet...

Long wait was told an hr wait 3 seperate times just to be parked at Super 8 to wait to be moved to the shop parking lot... No email letting us know of the "system downage" extremely unprofessional.. And on top of that when i was walking on the side walk a gentleman that worked there walked right out infront of me to where i had to leave the sidewalk just to get around him.

Beautiful shop. Great service. Friendly yet professional. Except for the guy out front manning the door. Maybe he was just in a mood but he was not friendly at all.Cest la vie. Lots of educational information . Very easy to find and easy off the freeway which is good because we are not from the area. The shop itself is very cool and fun to see. Nice place informative staff but little dissapointed with their Tink bottles. The caps on the bottle droppers become disformed when u screw them down causing leakage..i lost half a bottle of expensive cbd oil in my toiletry bag..what a mess..they need to take a look at this issue unless i just got a bad one. I think the problem was the dropper is too long - it hits the bottom of the bottle when screwed down tight causing the rubber seal at the top to push out ...

It's terrifying when theory wellness actually has better prices than you. $52 an 1/8 is outrageous, honestly 40 is a bit much for the quality. If this is what legality is going to look like keep it illegal. Service was otherwise great so at least there's that I guess
