Very nice staff, both accommodating and helpful and no crazy lines or parking problems such as in Great Barrington. Three things that would have improved my experience. 1. Lower prices, nobody should have to pay over $60 for an eighth. 2. Let the customers see what they're purchasing and weigh it at the time of purchase. 3. Please invest in either recyclable or compostable packaging.

I purchased a 0.5 g cartridge for vaporizer at this store when I got it it was only 1/4 of the way full. I didn't know what do I got home and open to the cartridge the Box was not sealed and it appeared that somebody replaced the full cartridge with a mostly empty one. Very sketchy will not be going back. I went to a different store today and bought the same product and received A full cartridge. now i know It's not my imagination thinking the other one was empty

I was there a couple of days ago made a purchase of 2 8ths (3.5g) 1 Chuck Og & 1 Dos-si-Dios after opening them this morning, The Dos-si-Dios only had (2.0g) of flower in it ... So disappointed! I'll only be purchasing edibles for now on ..

I'm not necessarily a big cannabis guy, but with these popping up all over I decided to see what the fuss was about. Extremely professional, fast (make the extra 10 min drive here and not theory wellness which seems to have people waiting forever) and friendly. Thanks Canna Provisions!

So. Having grown tired of standing in line for ONE or TWO HOURS at other dispensaries, I thought I would check this place out. As they have only been open for a few months, I waited for the "bugs" that ANY new shop would have, to be worked out. And yes, prices are a bit more expensive here and it ALMOST made me remove a star, BUT, you see 5 up there. Let me explain; from the moment I closed my car door, I was greeted warmly by 2 friendly folks in the parking lot. I stated it was my first time there. Procedures were explained and I went inside. You get called in and taken care of by a very knowledgeable budtender. I perused the menu and quickly decided what I wanted. As I ordered, my requests were added on a tablet. Hit send and my order was just about waiting for me at the checkout corner. Whoa! Talk about service! EVERYONE was extremely friendly and nice. I get the feeling that they KNOW you are spending your hard earned money there, and not someplace else and appreciate it! Let me get back to the cost. You pay more but for a HIGHER quality product. THAT is NOT a problem for me. Not only was the flower among the best I have had from a dispensary, it was some of the FINEST I have seen! ANYWHERE. (Oh, and tell NO ONE. There was NO line.) ***Just wanted to add here 12/31/20, STILL my favorite dispensary!***

just the prices alone keep me from ever wanting to go.... crazy, especially you can get the same flower from the same grower for 15-20 bucks cheaper

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store was very small and I felt crowded. The menu at other dispensaries have many more choices.

Another Mass Dispensary scam. Terrible service and HiGH prices. No wonder the black market is thriving. It should be. $75 an Eighth compared to $15 in any other legal state. Talk about ripping off your customers with the Excuse "When there's more dispensaries prices will come down" They could do the right thing and sell the product for Half what they are now and still make a Huge profit. Criminal legal behavior, plus you have to pay for Gas getting here and time. Almost ALL customers are from out of state. This place has poor product for Huge money. Please Don't waste your time until these places cut their prices in half.

I got some pre-rolls and they were absolutely DEEEECENT???? Death Star is probably my favorite (I may just have a thing for the dark side though, it's fine ????‍♀️????). I took my first trip to Canna today and was absolutely blown away! I wasn’t sure what to expect being my first time at a dispensary but was anticipating long lines, big crowds and pushy salesman.. Canna has none of that! I got in almost immediately and every employee (from the parking lot to the checkout) I interacted with was both courteous and knowledgeable. They took their time explaining each product and answering any question I threw at them with a smile on their face and friendly disposition. Prices were waaay more reasonable than I anticipated and the set up makes it feel more like shopping at your favorite boutique than what I expected a dispensary to be like. Color me impressed. A+++ for Canna. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know and will absolutely be back!

Friendly people, convenient location. Sub par gummie product. I bought Chroma sour raspberry and lemonade chews. Appearance, texture and taste were horrible. On the flower side I bought sour joker. Good cure, but with stems. If I'm paying as much as a 20% premium for an 1/8 relative to some other local dispensaries i expect something more.

Minus one star for selling in eighths. Good people and good business.

I've been there four times and the people was very friendly and helpful. The last two times I was there I was very disappointed. I had got three pre rolled and they wouldn't burn. The weed in one was wet.

Anyone who gave this place 5 stars obviously has not been to another dispensary or is new to the cannabis industry. Coming from San Diego, California(same laws) and working for dispensaries and groweries alike, I had to check this place out and see how Massachusetts is progressing. Well, let’s just say this place has a lot of work to do be done.....First thing I noticed working in this business is for one, it violates personal protection & privacy rights through various non consenting ways, in which I’m sure will catch up to them legally eventually. Many other dispensaries go through this mistake as well unfortunately(including one I worked at). The difference between patient & medicinal care, and recreational sale have different legalities in which effect these privacy/protection rights and the ability of such businesses obtaining and cataloging personal information. Just a matter of time before the right person actually see’s this as well and pursues it like the rich law groups and federal action teams in California did and still do( comically speaking). Do your due diligence and understand what you are doing when you give them your identification. Let’s just say it’s barely to confirm the validity of a license or age, hah! The doormen could simply take care of that one.. The products and lab testings seemed fine and in legal compliance here; however, the pricing is wild and staff are not knowledgeable in the products which was most odd and made me scratch my head? Knowing what strains are what, their effects, alongside lineage, is pretty basic when being a bud tender. Bare basics actually. This is why so many customers like to buy from a dispensary! Train up your employees for the sake of your customers! Also, with those insanely high rates( yes it’s new, so high prices are typical, I get it....), the illegal market here I’m guessing will surely still boom, if not increase. Those customers already obtained at a dispensary, or new cannabis users who will use regularly, will eventually seek out elsewhere to find product cheaper, aka dealers as a result. Happens all too much. This takes away from many of the points of legalizing cannabis in the first place and being able to legally and safely purchase it. Again, not a bad shop! Friendly staff, very clean, organized, and “professional” , but just lots of work to be done in an HONEST opinion. I hope this place figures it out before they get shut down for x y and z reasons or draw in federal attention: First time I have ever seen a cannabis store in such direct public sight and not somewhat hidden or in a more private location. Given its federally illegal, that’s risky for sure. Out of sight out of mind keeps feds out. Seeing as this company has ties to Colorado I guess and is not “new” to the industry per se, I would have expected a lot more. A lot more. But hey, if you really need your bud and are of age, it’s an option for sure! And the door men are awesome dudes! I hope this place works out! Side note: The state and potential entrepreneurs should really look into the cannabis delivery services like California and Colorado offer as they are much more efficient, don’t get shut down and raided every year, extreme convenience and safety, the use of apps like Weedmaps, and it helps not to have physical dispensaries set up everywhere in cities and towns that do not want it... There is a reason why other states utilize this method of sale and business, because over time it’s clear, storefronts are very difficult, hence why most dispensaries in booming cannabis states are almost solely medicinal, and recreational is delivery... We shall see how mass plays this one out! Hopefully like California and Colorado!

Bought a pre rolled blueberry headband joint earlier today. I could barely hit it from how tight it was packed. It ended up canoeing after a few hits. Good weed, just rolled terribly. Ended up just packing it into a bowl half way through. Waste of money. Edit* a less tightly rolled replacement would make it right.

I wanted this to be a happy experience but it was not. Three gram pre rolled’s, two of them weighed .7 and one was broke/bent at the filter. The bud from the 1/8th was mostly shake and stemmy. Lesson learned, stick with what you know and that’s Berkshire Roots!

Ok, I’ve only been inside a Pot Shop one other time, and I really don’t smoke much at all. That said, I had an excellent experience at Canna Provisions. First off no line. None! I got there around 7:00 pm on a Thursday, and thought they were closed, but no. The check ID and in I went. Friendly and helpful. I live in Great Barrington and drive past Theory Wellness all the time. I cannot comment on the dispensary there itself as I’ve never been in, but The lines there are insane!!!! Even in the rain!? Crowded and difficult parking. Better Prices at Theory I guess. $55 for an eighth. But to me it’s worth it not to wait. Lee is a nice little Berkshire town if you want that experience . Or try Stockbridge to do the tourist thing. Enjoy whatever works for you. Please drive carefully here. I tell friends and relatives no more that 5 over posted limit and you’ll never get a ticket. I was given a couple pre roll joints from Cana. Queens Mother Gogi and Blueberry Headband. I was excited about the Blueberry Headband as it’s one of my favs. The QMG was excellent. Flavor was great a Nd it came in at around 22%THC. The Blueberry Headband was a mess. First the joint wouldn’t light or hit it was rolled so tight. Second it didn’t have much flavor because it wouldn’t hit well and third it said it was 11.23% THC. I was disappointed to say the least. Hopefully others have had better. Moral of this story is get the Queens Mother Gogi. It’s fire

Changed my review, since they don’t seem to care about loyal customers or pre-orders. Literally sat for 45 minutes for them to put 3 things in a bag..... truly sad. Go to Bloom Brothers to avoid the incompetence.
