Ordered pre rolls about 3 hours in advance and when I get there they put me in lane c and I sit there for about 45 min waiting to go in. Products are great. Customer service very poor.

I travel 119 miles (2hrs) to come here. I never have any trouble ordering online the night before. I've only ever had 1 problem and it was with a couple pre rolls i ordered. The killer queen pre rolls were extremely moist and didn't hit at all. Even when I broke them down to re roll them, the flower was like fine powder and just didn't burn right at all. I didn't even get a buzz off them. It was a complete waste of money. I don't recommend the killer queen at all to anyone. Everything else so far has been on point.

Me and my friend put in a pre order an hour in advance. It was picked and ready to go well before we showed up. Pulled up and in less than 10 minutes we drove off with our products. Nice and easy.

If I could have left a zero I would have. Very displeased with the service I got from the two gentleman during check in. I was treated differently then other customers (who were coincidentally all young attractive women) and I am not sure of it was because of my weight or what. I have spent a lot of money there. I do not believe I will be returning. Inside staff was very friendly, but they were unable to make up for the experience of the discrimination I recieved from their colleagues.

I got approached last night while putting my provisions in the bed of my truck informing me toddlers/ babies are not allowed in the parking lot, I've been here several times before only in the day and nobody inspected my vehicle like that before. The manager said to leave my little man home or if someone else comes with me to trade places with them at the gas station or McDonald's. Not everyone has the ability to have a family member or friend watch your child especially during covid, apparently booze can be bought in a store with a child but your cannabis can't be picked up curbside with a baby in the vehicle. I asked if next time if I were able to bring someone with me could they wait on the sidewalk near the road after your property boarder he didn't like that idea, could be a lawsuit if someone gets hit i suppose but you can't really tell me no to that, I was told my vehicle info was logged and I will be checked next time . If I got someone to come with and they are in the same time slot how does that work if your busy and that swap the child deal made it outside your parameters? Best part is I can't find the rule/guideline anywhere on your site because if I had known I would not have came at all. Please just post this valuable info on your site especially for people coming from NY its a long drive that wouldn't happen if it was simply stated which is the only reason I'm upset. I'm hoping he's mistaken obviously its not the best situation but alcohol has more related accidents than cannabis and I dont expect to be able to bring a child in but curbside is ridiculous. On a positive note marijuana is a medical marvel, I've been able to utilize it for medical purposes and have gotten off of prescribed medication I'm doing so well that I've lost nearly 100 pounds and thank dispensaries like your for their help in this achievement.

Its a nice place . I dont really like having a person take u through . But some people must love it . They are very nice , answer questions quickly and if they dont know they ask other employees. Prices were a lil high but think alot of them are a lil costly.

Customer service is fine and so is the ordering process. The problem is most of their customers are from out of state and the prices here are absolutely insane. 8ths for 65 bucks plus the taxes add up to robbery. A qtr of don mega strain of smalls listed for 130 right now as of writing this. Absolutely insane, so the prices drive the experience way down. You won’t get much here but a big bill. It’s painful when you look at other dispensaries and see how much cheaper it is. Don’t think I’ll be back unless the robbery with prices goes down.

Great place! Fantastic service! Very helpful and courteous. I’m new to visiting dispensaries so it can be overwhelming with the vast selection of products. When it’s your turn to enter the product area of the dispensary an employee comes out to meet just you to assist with all your needs. This one employee named Josh was very knowledgeable and did great job of addressing all my questions and concerns. I visited four dispensaries that day and in terms of customer service this was by far the best! Next time I come back to Massachusetts this will be my first dispensary stop!

This place charges $65 before tax for the same exact strain at other places that charges way less, temescal has the same strains for $45 before tax.
Bloombrothers charges $54 for the same strains.
Come here if you want to get rip off.

This is a first in the state of MA. I've been working in the industry for quite some time, across multiple dispensaries, and have never come across a dispensary that doesn't offer the MA hardship discount (Masshealth) or Industry discount.
While I know not everyone offers the industry discount, it is quite absurd they do not offer the hardship, especially during this extremely challenging time for so many folks.
Today would have been the first time I order from this dispensary, with hesitation as I'm loyal to Theory Wellness, when in the Berkshires and I canceled the order and will not be placing another.
What a shame to lose a customer before they even step on the property.

There is one particular strain thr is helpful for all my issues: insomnia, anxiety and depression. So I got excited when Leafly said they had it at Canna Provisions. Knowing that Leafly’s listings can be suspect, I called to ensure they had it and was assured they did. I took the hour long drive only to fin out that not only didn’t they have it, they actually never carried it. So what was the Budtender talking about? Hell if I know.
Needless to say, I won’t be back. With the number of dispensaries in Western MA, no need to waste my time here.

I have been to several dispensaries and Canna Provisions in Lee was my favorite. I'm pretty old fashioned so I haven't really experimented with a lot of the products that have become more prevalent due to de-criminalization. After speaking with John at the Lee store, and telling him a little bit about the kind of experience I was looking for, he put me totally on the right path with recommendations for tinctures and caramel edibles and he couldn't have been more right. Great experience at Canna Provisions!

I visitied this very welcoming and accomodating dispensary this morning, and I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the product knowledge of my Budtender, Josh, and how he answered each of my questions without becoming frustrated or making me feel rushed. He explained his recommendations to me, based on what I explained to him(this was not medical advice), and demonstrated how certain accessories worked. He took SO much time with me, and that meant a great deal to me, as I am a person who wants to know everything I can about a product I will be using regularly. I used the pre-order process, and unless you ask to go inside the store for a reason, your goodies are hand-deliveres to your car, as to get you in and out as efficiently as possible(this is a VERY busy establishment, even first thing in the AM). The process is streamlined to run very smoothly. I was thoroughly impressed. It's she, secure, and packed with Slices of Heaven for the Cannabis Connoisseur. I used some of the Howl's anytime 1:1 tincture, and I feel so calm and relaxed. I will dig into all of the other goodies soon. The flowers are fresh, packaged nicely and with obvious care. Its literally right off of I-90E(40mins) if you are coming from Albany. I will eventually experience the entire menu!!! The prices are NOT outrageous either, I never thought I would be going to a dispensary for pain and anxiety, but sometimes God Sends us Blessings in the form of Flowers ????????????????.

Unlike every other dispensary I have been to in MA, no long lines, ample choices, reasonable prices. Atmosphere is welcoming, helpful. Product was as described, if not better. Stop every time I drive the Pike/ Thruway which is monthly. Thanks for thoughtful operation.

They used to be on point but they need to get a better system going for the curbside pick up. They have 5 employees out side working and yet they can only manage to serve maybe one person every ten minutes. You guys should be Embarrassed. They guy checking people i is leaning up against the wall doing nothing. Not checking car/people in just leaning up against the wall. 5 employees out here means u should be able to move people along faster. Again I can’t say enough how much of a let down this has been and the amount of incompetence displayed today

I witnessed the manager get into verbal altercations with customers on numerous occasions and based off of the odor and bloodshot eyes it seems the staff are hoarding all the product for themselves. TAKE THE EXTRA 15 MINUTES AND DRIVE ELSEWHERE. Products are ridiculously overpriced.
