I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this dispensary. All staff are extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. I never feel rushed and I leave satisfied every time. Although all of the staff are amazing, Nick went out of his way to listen to my needs and help me find the right product for sleep. I felt heard and left the store happy with my purchases. I recommend this dispensary 100%!

Very discreet, good specials from time to time, I love the strains they have. The only thing is that this location needs more variety. The menu doesnt change from day to day. Only the specials do. Prices are okay. The strains are really good.

One of my favorite dispensaries. Huge selection and extremely helpful staff. Beautiful space, the store is lovely. Medical and recreational available. They have the greatest variety of flower, edibles,concentrates,tinctures, etc. They never let me down. Worth the drive .

I’ve been to other Insa locations but this one has very snotty budtenders. Definitely won’t be back to this location. My bf asked to see the menu and the worker said you should really know what you want before coming in but okay let me get my tablet and show you. Other dispensaries have been very helpful and informative but this local felt very rushed and there was so line.

Normally when I order from here they're fast and reliable with exceptional service. However, my last visit I ordered some edibles and wax online, then once I got there I added two wedding cake graphic tee's. When I arrived to pick up my order, it was like any other time, in and out. But once I decided to actually enjoy my order ( a couple days later) I notice neither my edibles or wax was present. I said all of that to say this. PLEASE! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE COUNTER! Or you will end up like me, paying order $100 for two t-shirts. Smh!!!

This place is amazing. I've been here so many times and each time it was more amazing than the last. Nick helped me out my first time, what a gentleman l, my second time it was Austin who served me outside service incredibly. They all went above and beyond to satisfy my purchase everytime. Hands down to this beautiful establishment and its employees. I cannot forget about the manages there ether. Answered my concerns and questions accordingly. I love this place hands down

I usually love this place, but after my most recent visit I will probably never be back. They're making you pull your mask off your face INSIDE THE STORE when you come in. We're in the middle of a deadly pandemic! Are you kidding me?! I don't know how the state allows this at all. Apparently they want to make sure you are who you say you are, but liquor stores do the same without risking exposure to covid! Insa has no regard for the safety of its customers or the employees. I will not be coming here again unless I know I won't be breathing corona-filled air.

Wow! I ignored these guys for a long time because I was never really impressed with their selection, there are so many other places to try, and a lot of people consider set them "big pharma." Chance has always brought me to my favorite dispensaries (I try to review all of them in MA through my blog). This is once again the case, now this is one of my new favorite places. I wish I could remember the name of the man that helped me. I came with a lot of questions, 30 years of preconceptions, and experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and was right on point. With a ton of neck and back pain that I have, he recommended some products that so far have worked great(this was late last night). Now I'll be able to do a nice big hike today like I was hoping. Thanks INSA guy!

Finding the entrance was a little weird but overall good experience. I chose to do a pickup order and overall it was fast and easy. They had some issues with the credit card reader going off line but it only charged my card once so I’m good. Prices were reasonable as well. I’d definitely consider another visit!

This review is strictly in regards to their vape carts. I've purchased several since this place opened, and they're as faulty and prone to clogging as any knock-off you can get on the street. The oil itself is enjoyable and trustworthy, but when we're stuck paying these inflated prices, we shouldn't have to settle for a gram crapping out with 1/3 left in the cart.

Insa is my second favorite dispensary for a few reasons. Their online pre-order and recently readded walk-in system is usually always a quick in and out experience with friendly staff that know what they're talking about when it comes to describing their wide variety of strains and different products. Unfortunately, the quality of the bud isn't always up to expectations. I'm not saying its moldy, but sometimes the bud seems either a little under cured, doesn't give the high I'd expect from the THC%, and sadly a lot of the time the taste isn't anything special. The Hempest is still #1 for my pick but Insa could change that if I find a strain I really like that's produced by them.
