We enjoyed it. Saturday noon was great to visit. Honey beer was very good

Very nice place to indulge yourself with street food. There's plenty of variety on any weekend (falafel, salmon, gyoza, grilled cheese sandwich, canelé, French pastries, Italian canoli etc)

If you want to skip the chaos of bigger markets (e.g., Borough), spend your afternoon at Maltby. It’s less chaotic and perhaps more enjoyable. Plus, Southwark Brewing Co. is nearby.

On the smaller side of street markets but no less exciting for delicious food options. Steak and chips were amazing

Great selection of stalls, though I don't know how much they vary these. The only real place to sit down is a gin bar, which may be a good or bad thing depending on your taste

To me Maltby is clearly one of the best local food markets if not the best. Local brewers, amazing food, nice coffee and still quite local! A must of the SE.

Short but sweet little street market. Nice range of food stalls - but only meals and snacks, no groceries or fruit & veg stalls. Grom icecream is lovely! Wasn’t too much of a queue anywhere at 12:30pm. Getting back on a Sunday was a hassle as the 42 bus barely ever comes.

Far superior alternative to Borough Market! Excellent craft beer and gin, and amazing food options!

Drove from Brighton to explore this place. My culinary companion and I had to narrow down what we wanted to try. Was a tough one but we had to pace ourselves for the rest of the day. Frustrating start when he dropped half his scotch egg but we applied the 3 second rule. London really know what they’re doing, the little converted arches, turning furniture outcasts to trendy “must have” items! It was a really good start to our day which ended in Little Bird wondering what we would put inside the little hanging cages, top secret so can’t reveal.

Great options but not too many sometimes, but many burgers which is a plus for me

Nice vibes. Rustic walkthrough market with decent street food options and watering holes. I tried Polental and it was a taste sensation. Washed it down with a glass of wine from bar tozino.

A bit of a walk to find but we'll worth it. Bring cash as most places do not have card facilities. Literally wanted to try everything as it all smelt and looked so good. Will be back

Fantastic selection of street food ranging from steak sandwiches, cheese toasties and soup through to coffee, fine and wine. Only downside is it gets rather busy, but a perfect stop for Saturday lunch before hitting the breweries.

A fantastic cacophony of smells greats you as you round the corner from underneath the railway arches. Then you hear the buzz of people partaking in the huge variety of food and drink. Great spot to compliment visiting the breweries of bermondsey.

I loved all of the different types of food and the glad decoration. My favourite was the sack upon chips with melted cheese, who had such a nice stuff and they were really nice and told us some facts about duck fat which was very inserting and nice.

Really and truly amongst the best weekend markets in London. Sensational variety of food and drink from around the world, great bars and pop-up stalls, and seating around so you can stop and eat. Very much worth exploring and, with so many great options abound, it genuinely rewards repeat trips to this phenomenal market. Fantastic.

An amazing market that couldn’t exist anywhere else in the world. Truly a quintessential London spot that shouldn’t be overlooked.

This way a little bit disappointing. I expected more vendors, more artisans and fresh produce sellers. That is not the case.instead you have a small alleyway under a train track which is actually quite cute and I love the setting, with about twenty or so food vendors crammed in there. The food was great but I was just hoping for more to do.

Came all the way here for the food and beer. Lots of foreign street foods and local craft beers to chose for at very reasonable price.

Tight and narrow pathways winding past railway arches filled with all kinds of food and drink delights. No truly cheap budget treats here but all sorts of food stalls alongside selling lunch, snacks, sweets and things to take home, and more substantial premises under the arches with tapas, gin, cheese, bakery and much more to keep you occupied and satisfied. A lovely way to spend an afternoon, the closing hours are the only downside, but you can always head further east to the Bermondsey Beer Mile. Oh, and the toilets managed to achieve "acceptable" but I didn't find a baby change, even when peering in to the out of order accessible loo.

Amazing little market with delicious food from around the world. Very expensive though. But I still recommended for a sunny day, like a Borough market but smaller and less touristic.

compared to other food markets in London, it's not completed, tasty food trip can be done on the same street.

Very nice little food market on one street besides the traintracks. They have a nice variety of food there and many options are suitable for sharing. The prices are also London average. I prefer Maltby Street Market over Camden market anytime.
