Please see update but I thought I should keep initial review. Placed order on 9 Dec its now 18 Dec - heard nothing. Sent 2 emails to customer service - heard nothing. Cant get hold of them on phone. Live chat also not working so impossible to contact.
UPDATE - to be fair to this company the sacks did arrive just before Christmas. Sacks themselves are lovely - excellent quality. Its just a real shame that this was let down by poor communication. It could have been because of the Christmas rush but they need to address this issue and ensure they can cope with this.
