I ordered 4 personalised sacks on 30th November and they arrived 20th December. They look exactly like the visual image except they are even better. Clear, bright font and names all spelled out properly.

Placed an order back in november to two customised Christmas baubles, the website stated it would take between 5-10 days to produce plus 2-3 days dispatch. After 20 working days my order still stated it was “in production” on the stores tracking service. I emailed to check the progress and was sent a very useless email that pretty much copied what was written on the website despite the 10 days having already passed. I emailed again, this time no response, I decided to contact them on Twitter where they were retweeting posts from people showing their items and they haven’t responded to that either. The website had a big banner saying orders made prior to 13/12/2018 would arrive before Christmas- my order was made on the 18/11/2018 and still hasn’t arrived, what a shambles of a company, useless customer service!

Ordered a xmas sack from them on the 26th November . Still not received anything after 19 days. After emailing customer service and I was told they had been out of stock of my order when I ordered and I could expect it next week. Ridiculous to sell thing you don't have the ability to provide in the time frames advertised (or even near). Very poor service and communication from the company. Item would now come to late for its purpose. I have asked for a full refund. I would not recommend using this company. UPDATE - Despite numerous emails the company simply haven't responded to me since or issues a refund. Truly terrible service.

You know the saying “you only had to do one job and ....”. Then this company are one of those. Their website is awful and discounts (buy 3 for a price ) and save x% with a special code are not applied to the basket . I tried on several occasions to buy on the run up to Christmas and each time their website did not apply the discount . I thought it was just me getting it wrong so I contacted them , heard nothing back (thanks for that ) so went on their Facebook to see if anyone else was finding the same issues... well of course there were loads of similar comments. I put my comments on FB and had a reply almost immediately ... problem was they were in denial. After an exchange of comments it was clear they were being defensive rather than fixing the problem so I told them they were a shambles and they made me read only and I couldn’t post on their page. That’s ok , I don’t need his company in my life but by preventing me and others commenting they are censoring genuine feedback and hiding problems from future customers rather than dealing with them. So , if you order .... Good Luck . It’s risky

Ordered a personalised bauble. The sticker wasn't put on properly and so was all bunched up. Supposed to be a gift. Sent an email and a Facebook message. Eventually got a message back saying would send another. Asked for my order number which I couldn't find but supplied all my other details. No response. Asked again. No response. Untrustworthy if problems. Poor quality. Now one of my children will not have a personalised bauble for Xmas eve as after spending a fortune on these, I can't afford to buy another. Use another company.

Ordered christmas sack 5th of December, it's 24th and nothing came, I contacted the company so they sent me invalid tracking number. I contacted them again and they ignored me. Stay away, there is many sellers who won't ruin your Christmas! Order number #137804 (December 5, 2018) Update 30/01 Still nothing arrived. It's ridiculous, I'll write a formal complaint to o2.

Ordered a sack using a groupon voucher. Order never arrived. Made several phone calls to the company, I was constantly ‘misinformed’, being told it was either in the post then given a false tracking number that didn’t work, told it would be referred to the dispatch team to resend - this never happened and finally told it was probably lost in the post by Royal Mail but in actual fact, they never sent it as no order or tracking details was ever confirmed. Eventually they cancelled my order and only refunded me the £1.99 postage (not the groupon voucher I paid with). In effect they took £7.99 groupon voucher, cashed this then seemed to think this was a loop hole to taking the money from me and not sending me the goods! I’ve had to follow this up with groupon to reclaim my money back - horrible experience! UPDATE: The company contacted me after seeing my review with an aim to resolving the issue. They sent out a Christmas sack next day delivery. It’s a shame I had the issues I did as the product is absolutely beautiful. I’m pleased that they contacted me to resolve it - faith restored.

The made an order for four Christmas baubles following an O2 promotion 1/2 price each. I ordered on 08/12/18. I received an email to confirm order. Then the waiting started...I waited over a week (note they put away in their delivery information 5- 10 working days this is to MAKE/ CREATE the item. Then you wait 2- 3 days for delivery). I was waiting and waiting for an email to arrive saying when it would be sent. On 18/12/18 I called and emailed. Nothing. I called them and got through to a lady. Seemed matter of fact that the items ordered take time and would be dispatched soon. No update. Went on Facebook and posted a message underneath one of their posts. That day I had enough... I called them again...dispatched that day with no guarantee of going to arrive by Christmas (20/12/18). Assured I would get a tracking number. I got the tracking number which is NOT for customers I found out it is for the company to track. I posted on Facebook again...I was told the correct tracking reference for the package. Note NO tracking information at all...Royal Mail had none for this package. I think it was basic as usually comes with some sort of update email/ text. After 10 working days of waiting (TWO weeks in actual days) they arrived at my house! They are lovely items. It feels bitter sweet that after the following communication: Email 2x calls 3 posts on FB I was chasing them for an answer. They did not at any point contact me. I will NOT be ordering from them again though beautiful items. Due to the lack of communication and care to their customers. Note I am a new customer and never ordered anything from their website before. Moonpig and Boots do so much better with communication. They as you may know bespoke products.

Do not ever use The Handmade Christmas Co!! I paid £43.20 within the gaurenteed time of delivery, STILL nothing delivered mid January and I’ve only been refunded £36 back!! Waste of time trying to contact them as well. Absolutely robbed!! ????

Awful. Placed an order on the 23rd of November and it still isn't here. Contacted via Facebook, Phone, and Email. Took days to get any sort of reply and both told me completely different information (one said Id have it by the next day the other said it hadnt even been sent yet). When I told them I was going to Canada for the holiday and needed my order before this (4 weeks is a VERY acceptable time frame for delivery) it didnt appear to matter. Didnt arrive before I left and despite them telling me it had shipped I didnt receive any dispatch information and to this date my order is still showing as "processing". Suspect it will now be floating about for weeks with royal mail until I return to then have to waste my time driving to a depot to fish it out, and waste even more time retuning it. Totally unacceptable !

Just a word of warning. I ordered three personalised Christmas baubles for my kids so they could decorate their own Christmas tree. This was done via John Lewis and sent relevant names and received acknowledgement that order was being processed(12/12/17). Nothing arrived! No personalised baubles for the kids, they're still coming apparently. Contacted John Lewis, who somewhat slackly got back to me on 12/1/18 and said the order couldn't be managed by Handmade Christmas Co. Nothing said to me before this and got the impression would have been forgotten had I not investigated. No good reason provided. Good idea, nice looking product, however, customer service and processing a shambles and won't be using them again.
