I am pleased with the product itself, which is good quality, but it took 3 days short of a month for delivery. I received no updates on progress and wonder if delivery would have taken even longer if I had not chased them.

Dodgy company, do not order from them. Ordered a Christmas sack on 5 December 2018 and according to the website any orders placed BEFORE 15 December will be received by Christmas. It is now 28 July 2019 and still have not recieved the order.

As of 10 Decemeber 2018 it has been "recieved" and is processing. Hilariously I have 4 friends who have ordered things from these guys from September and October 2018 and even they have yet received anything and even an email to them, they do not respond to it.

I ordered five personalised Christmas hessian sacks and I couldn't be happier. As the website says, allow up to 10 days for dispatch, but the quality is worth waiting for. I couldn't reccomend more. EXCELLENT

Order placed on 30th November and still hasn’t been delivered. Poor customer service. Been told it would be dispatched within the next 24 hours numerous times and never has. Promising delivery before Christmas for orders before 15 December...Highly unlikely that is happening.
Would not recommend them at all. Will be making a formal complaint as this is totally not acceptable.
WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

HOAX COMPANY?!
If I could give 0 stars I would! Placed an order on 2nd December and was told it would arrive no later than 10 working days. It’s now Christmas Eve and I still don’t have my stocking. I’ve had no reply to my countless emails and they never answer their phone. Avoid at all cost. I’m not sure if the company are even real? Very VERY disappointed

Do not use this company. Products never arrived and they have no customer service as they have just ignored their customers this Christmas, still trying to get a refund. This company does not even deserve 1 star!

Placed order on 10th December for personalised sack. Still no sign of it and it’s Christmas Eve. No communication. No response to emails. Telephone lines are closed for Christmas for the last two days. Embarrassingly poor service and regardless of whether the product is good or not they are completely unreliable!!

I made an order on 3/12/18 (order #135765) and it has still not arrived. Since 9/01/19, I have tried calling the company and emailing them with no response. I spent over £90 for personalised baubles to give as a gift to my family abroad and they have never arrived. Not sure why the company is not responding but I feel cheated and disappointed as I cannot contact them to request the whereabouts of my items or request a refund.
UPDATE:
Thank you for your reply, this is the first time I have been able to speak to somebody that works at the company. I can confirm that the items have not arrived as my family have not received them. If this could be check, it would be wonderful!
