I ordered two tree decorations on the 29th of November (order no 269315) and have received nothing, according to their order tracker they have not even been dispatched (estimated date was Thursday 5th of Dec). They have not answered my email and do not answer their phones, I cannot afford to lose £14.99 at this time of year. Avoid using this company.

Absolute joke of a company! Took my money 4 weeks ago and have continually lied about the progress of my order. A quick look at their Facebook page shows they have done this to hundreds of customers. They advise customers to contact them via phone or email and then dont respond! The only chance of a response is if you contact them via Facebook as they cannot delete or ignore those! I would seriously avoid this underhanded and deceitful company and choose another company who care about customer service instead of taking your money and then ignoring you! How on earth they are still in business is shocking but I think after this fiasco and such clear disregard for their customers they wont be this time next year! Seriously just avoid! It's not worth the stress! With just 1 working day for my order to be delivered I will be contacting my card company 2 recover my payment and will be reporting them to trading standards! I suggest everyone else who has been messed about do the same!

Although I unfortunately did not receive my order at all, a full refund was however managed to be sorted out and will hopefully receive it this week!. so i was pleased with that outcome as a result!. hopefully if i am to use this company again in the future, hopefully i will receive my order, as it seems a good company to buy Xmas products for. was just a shame that i was disappointed on this occasion, however was happy and glad to receive a full refund as a result of this situation

The most unreliable company I have ever come across. Placed an order on 6th December, tracking says estimated dispatch 12th December. It’s now 13th January and the order has still not been dispatched - it is now unwanted being a Christmas item. Phone lines unresponsive despite numerous calls. I would never use again and advise anyone else to never use. It seems like they may have gone bust or are fraudulent? Order ref: 295207.

My first ever company review but I feel compelled to write one after such terrible service. I placed an order on 14th November and am yet to receive the goods. I appreciate that delays can happen of course but after multiple emails, phone calls that are never picked up, social media posts and private messages (none of which have been responded to) I am left to conclude that there is no intention to send out the goods I have bought. It appears that I am not alone with these issues which only cements the idea that this company is not legitimate. I'd love to be proven wrong but I'm doubtful I'll ever receive a response. *Edit* For clarity, I finally spoke with someone via telephone about this issue. I've been told my items are 'in production', no definitive delivery date as yet and all very vague but I will update either way.

Update: the order arrived yesterday, just in time from Christmas, and the quality is fab! I’ve changed to 3* as a little bit of communication to say ‘order delayed but will be with you for Christmas’ would have made all the difference’. Would order from you again, but probably a bit more ahead of time :) Placed an order on 3rd Dec (#286871), thinking that’d be plenty of time for Christmas. Checking online just now, the order still shows as ‘In Production’ but was forecast to be dispatched 9th December. No reply to emails, and telephone number just gives a message saying no one to answer calls and disconnects. Had an order previously and the quality was great. I’m guessing mega busy given time of year but lack of response is frustrating.

Similar to other reviews, ordered personalised sacks and tree decorations on 27th October and despite response to first chaser email saying they would be shipped in a few days, still nothing and no response to further emails.I am going to dispute transaction through PayPal now for non receipt of goods. Disappointed , considering the number of advertising emails I kept receiving looking for more orders.

I placed an order for a sack and stocking on 8th December using a wowcher voucher. Tracking says it should have been dispatched on 16th December but was not updated. I chased on 20th December via email and got no response. I have since emailed, contacted through Facebook, I have phoned on numerous occasions and either got a message saying nobody can come to the phone as everybody getting orders ready for Christmas(this was on for the whole of January and up until last week) when I do get through I hold for 15 minutes then get asked to leave a message which I have done with no reply. Wowcher have also tried to contact by email 3 times and they also get no response. I just want the goods I have paid for. I ordered from this company previously and had an extremely speedy delivery which is why I ordered again. I did not expect to wait two months and still have no goods and no communication!

Ordered a personalised sack on 29th nov. I received a sack with the wrong name on. It is my daughters first Christmas and wanted to make it special. I emailed and got a response to say she would print the correct name that day and send it next day delivery. That was over a week ago and I’m still waiting for my sack. I DON’T LIKE BEING LIED TO! I can’t get though on the phone and I’ve sent numerous emails to have no response. I have used your company many years but I will not be using you every again. Your customer service is appalling. If I don’t receive my goods or get a refund I will be reporting you to trading standards and leaving negative reviews wherever I can to avoid anyone else’s disappointment at Christmas time. I am so disappointed with this company. I’d really recommend staying away. I ordered 3 personalised sacks coming to £50 for my nephews. When I ordered they said the sacks would be dispatched on the 9th of December…Its now the 19th and the company are no longer answering their phone, I was kept on hold last week but this week they have a voice recording to just email the company. I’ve emailed the company 3 times and haven’t had a response. I’m leaving tomorrow so even if they manage to send out the sacks before Christmas (I am not holding my breath) I won’t be able to receive or use them. Such a shame. Order number: #286879

Order from this company with caution. I had previously ordered from this company at the same time last year and the products were superb so i thought this year i would get my order in well in advance. I put my order in (197043) on 10th November 2019 directly from the HMC website and received an email to say the products should arrive by 17th November...... we are now a whole month and a bit later from the order date and i still haven't got my order (but they were extremely quick to make sure they took the money for my order from me!) I phoned them at the end of November to chase my parcel and find out what was happening. They told me that part of my order was ready to send out and the other part would be ready to send out at the end of the week. We are now 3 weeks later from when i spoke to them and i still haven't received anything, the customer service is shocking from this company; i have emailed twice asking where my order is but to no avail and i have rung the company up every day this week at different intervals but again to no avail.... if they couldn't cope with the quantity of orders then they should have stopped orders but waiting over 5 weeks for my order to arrive is verging on the ridiculous, and with no reply from the supplier! All i want to know is what is happening with my order and if i am going to receive it by Christmas day but well done on your lack of customer service skills HMC! I for one will never ever order from them ever again in the forseeable and i hope they learn from this experience, yes its a busy time of year which we all understand but it is so frustating as a customer being kept in the dark about your order, theres no excuse these days for bad/no customer service and i find it incredibly bad that the only way to get a proper response by the comany is to leave reviews on google and trustpilot!

DO NOT USE!!!! This company have been awful! No responses to emails, turning their phones off so you cant speak to anyone, rude, curt replies to Facebook's messages/posts and that's when you are lucky enough to get a response!!! I placed my order 24th November & I am still waiting for my order despite being told it would be despatched 20th December (that was a blanket message to all) and then told in the 1 message I finally received via a facebook post by order would definitely be sent 21st December and yet I have still not received anything!! They were happy enough to take my money though!!! Was supposed to be making my daughter's 1st Christmas special & this has not happened because of this!!

Order number now below. Although the products look lovely, this company has the worst customer service of any company I have ever used. No one answers emails or phones. I ordered some products over three weeks ago yet I have yet to receive my package. They were Christmas items and it is getting perilously close to Christmas but nothing has arrived! I would avoid this company. If products do not arrive before Christmas then I will be expecting a refund as the company would have not held up their side of the sales contract. I Ordered on the 12th November order number 201245 saying it would be dispatched to me on the 28th November it still says in production. I have emailed over and over again called left voicemails with no response at all?!? This is so unprofessional and from reading all the other bad reviews I wish I had never ordered anything from your company. I want a response ASAP as to what is happening with my order this is my daughters first Christmas and really wanted these items for her for Christmas, how can you let your customers down like this?!?

I’ve lost my patience with this company so posting on every social media page until I get a response! I placed an order on 27/10, 5 weeks later still haven’t received it. My emails, messages and phone calls have been ignored. There is clearly a MAJOR problem with their ordering system as I have seen many other comments similar to mine. I work in customer service myself and to be quite frank you should be appalled with yourselves! All it takes is a bit of common decency to let your customers know what is happening. Offer a delivery date or full refund, it shouldn’t be this difficult. What’s annoyed me further is I’m getting spammed by them constantly with “offers” and “discounts”... how about you send out your current orders before advertising for more business!! Well these seems the only way to get attention as i can see from very many unhappy unsatisfied customers. Im writing for my mum who’s very upset with the service, as she made the order with plenty of time to be delivered to Spain in time for Christmas. She’s sent emails everyday now for days without any response. She had problems with her order from day one where she was charged twice. Thankfully she was refunded, but this was weeks ago. She was told within a few days her order would be despatched and would receive an email giving an estimated date of delivery, but nothing. Payment was taken weeks ago and like lots of people she’s very limited to money and ordered this items especially for my sister. It’s obvious these items are not going to arrive in the next few days. My mum is so upset. Please can you refund her money her order number is 270469 it says on your website oder placed 29th November. It also says items are dispatched within a few days. This is really upsetting to leave people without they’re specially ordered Christmas gifts. Some people have stories to tell and these items are very important to them. This can ruin Christmas for some. The least you can do now is reply to this message and be honest!!

I contacted them via email on 27th November to be advised that there had been a delay and that my order would be dispatched by the end of the week. Now on 18th December and still no order received. Understand that it is a busy time of year and there was a delay but don’t think I should have had to contact them to find out about this. Please can someone tell me where my order is?!? I placed an order for almost £40 for 4 monogrammed stockings on 24th November. I emailed on 5th Dec which I have not had a reply to. I have messaged twice on facebook and left comments on both facebook and instagram but still have not had any response. I have spent over a hour in total calling thr number only to be kept on hold until it eventually says to leave a message. I have even tried calling and messaging using the details for 36&5 Ltd and Chapterful (all thr same company) but no luck there either. I ordered 2 personalised sacks last year and had no problems and the quality was great, so I wanted to order stockings from you this year. I really had to consider it carefully as it's an expensive time of year and so it was alot of money for us...now i am £40 down with nothing to show for it and have ordered stocking hooks to hang them on but have no stockings. Please please PLEASE can someone get back to me so I can either receive my order or get a refund as it's now been over thr 10 working days. Order No: 242952 UPDATE: I have increased my star rating as promised as I have now received my items and we are very happy with the stockings. Although they were delayed by 8 working days and communication could be improved to manage expectations better, actually MOST people are receiving their orders in a timely manner considering they are personalised and hand finished items. I think this is a perfect example of how social media can cause panic and you often only see the negative posts/complaints. A few people left posts about delayed items and this then escalated and seemed to cause mass panic that people hadn't received items, heightened due to the stress people already feel at this time of year. I wish all your staff a very merry christmas and what will probably be a much earned break.

I placed my order on the 7th November where it stated at check out dispatch would take 5 working days. After not hearing anything I contacted the company on 20th November and was advised my order would be dispatched w/B 25th November. I still have not recieved anything and my order still says "processing". I have tried to contact this company several times with no reply! I placed an order on the 29th of November which should have been dispatched (according to the tracking on their site) on the 5th of December but there's still no sign of it. The most shocking thing is that it's IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with them. I have tried calling several times and after waiting for 15 and 30 min on the phone they didn't pick up! I sent emails and there is no response whatsoever. The live chat isn't working, social media is not being monitored... They surely took my money but there is 0 customer service! I bought this for a present I need to give on Monday next week so if I don't get it I want a FULL REFUND as there is nothing I can do with a personalised item for a person I won't see again! Ordered a bauble on 20/12/2018 - have had no update re delivery (now 18/01/2019), they do not reply to emails and the phone aswering machine states that their 'office is now closed' (at 1130 am on a Friday.....). The order tracking facility on their website does not work and their LiveChat facility is switched off....I suspect they have gone bust, so would recommend that you do not order from them!
