The flowers are beautiful, but the staff is beyond rude, nasty, ungrateful and arrogant. They asked me to wear a mask when there is absolutely no obligation to do so given that it is an outdoor space. They don’t greet clients and they treat them with attitude.

Such beautiful flowers and helpful staff. I gave my budget from the offset, and the woman, (I didn't get her name), was so nice helping me add different flowers to a bouquet I'd chosen and explaining what would compliment the flowers already there.

I stopped by with my colleague who was looking to purchase flowers last minute. As she was looking the two women working here scowled at her and asked in a condescending way whether we wanted to buy anything. They didn’t offer any help or show any interest. Very poor customer service and we felt their behaviour was very discriminatory.

Amazing flowers- you get what you pay for, I have been buying for several years and the bunches last at least 10 days usually. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and you can build your own bouquet with any of their flowers.

Standards dropped....arrangement unprofessional..v disappointing.used to be good but of late unappealing..i hope our property management will review the contract..they are getting too complacent...not open to suggestions .v defensive!
