I was recommended Grace and Thorn by a friend and as I was after something special and a bit different I decided to give them a go. I called the shop in Hackney and spoke with Bethany and what a star she turned out to be. Helpful, extremely knowledgeable, creative and just who I needed. I told her that I didn’t want a run of the mill Interflora arrangement and that it was for a special occasion. The bouquet she designed and put together was utterly stunning. It was bespoke, the colours were gorgeous, the flowers fresh and beautifully put together and my friend was absolutely delighted with them. I would 100% recommend Bethany and Grace and Thorn and will most definitely be using them again.

I received this beautiful green bouquet for my birthday from Grace & Thorn. It was such a beautiful surprise to receive this and the professionals who composed it have been so thoughtful in the choice of foliage, shades and textures to match my passion for all things green! So original, not the typical floral bouquet, I was not expecting you could use foliage in such a decorative way. This still looks gorgeous today as it dried perfectly and will virtually last me forever!!!!

I just received my dried bouquet arrangement from Grace & Thorn and I am absolutely in love! Beautiful finishing touch for the flat. Awarding one star is being generous. The worst rude experience I think I had ever had in a shop. (a few months ago. )Lovely shop and very stylishly put together but much more style than substance. Also totally overpriced. I think I was dealt with by Fran. Who treated me and another customer with such little respect. I almost left the shop in tears. Really unprofessional and a very unpleasant experience- :(

I ordered a deluxe Christmas wreath from Grace & Thorn. They answered my email queries straight away, delivered item on day I had requested & packaged the wreath very carefully. Excellent service - really is the most gorgeous wreath, smells good as well. One of the most Christmassy things I've ever seen - it really has made me very happy & put me in a festive mood. **AVOID** WEBSITE IMAGES ARE MISLEADING AND YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDER.
I ordered flowers from Grace & Thorn for £105 for my partner for Valentines day. I really wanted it to be special for her.
Not only did they arrive with some wilted stems that were not submerged in the water, there was also a smaller number of stems & less varieties to what was shown in the online image (which had 45 individual stems & around 20 varieties, excluding foliage, mine had 33 stems, 9 of which are roses of the same variety & colour).
We wrote to Grace and Thorn to make them aware of our disappointment & the discrepancy in what was advertised on the website and what we received & were told that due to Brexit and the pandemic, flowers were more expensive and harder to get hold of.
If Brexit is affecting the flowers you can source & the price of the flowers you are selling, you should keep imagery up to date & make clients aware of this before taking their money. It is unethical to mislead with incorrect imagery and take advantage of people during this difficult time.

Thank you so much Grace and Thorn for the beautiful bridal bouquet and matching buttonhole that you provided for our small corona-wedding on Tuesday. After our wedding was cancelled in April, we made a last-minute decision to get married in a registry office so we needed flowers fast! We picked the Wild Thing bouquet from the Ready To Wear collection. Totally stress-free experience and the flowers were stunning, perfectly matching the meadows in Gunnersbury Park where we had photos. They arranged a pre-10am delivery for us which was great. Grace and Thorn provided the bouquets, button holes and tables flowers for my wedding last Saturday. I used their 'ready to wear' collection. Everything was gorgeous, super easy to order through the site and was delivered exactly on time to the various locations that we requested. The arrangements were varied and looked great all together. Visiting friend's parents and wanted to make a good impression. Problem is, finding flowers that aren't from a supermarket bin (Tesco, Sainsbury etc.) is kinda difficult in WHITECHAPEL. Then I saw this shop, on Brick Lane. They guided me to the lovely Emma, at their Hackney shop (open Saturday at 10am) She made me this magnificent wild bunch, which looks freshly picked from the side of a road. It's no wonder G&T do so many weddings, just look at those blooms!

My wife received a bouquet of dried flowers as a birthday present. They arrived in a large box but on opening she finds a very poor and sparse selection of a dried flowers that look as though they've seen far better days. Very poor quality with hardly any colour. By contrast she also received a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers from a local florist in Suffolk which I suspect cost considerably less. These now have pride of place in the kitchen with the pitiful Grace & Thorn bouquet shut away in the dining room as she finds them upsetting to look at on a daily basis.One of our friends who has seen them commented 'I wouldn't have them in my house' which fairly succinctly sums it up. When my wife approached Grace & Thorn to express how disappointed she was they weren't interested. I feel sorry for the person who spent their hard earned cash on such a poor value and inferior offering. I would suggest you avoid if you don't want a similarly poor experience.

I’m so disappointed with Grace and Thorn. I ordered birthday flowers for a specific day (an £11 surcharge for specific day delivery) and at 4:30pm the day they were due to arrive, I received an email to say they could not fulfill the order - too late in the day to find an alternative gift. Upsettingly bad service. Would definitely not recommend.

Absolutely amazing arrangements and customer service. I could not have asked for better for my wedding.
We had a really particular requirements to have the team use our own vases and create complimentary but differentiated arrangements for each of our tables and the results were just lovely.
The team were also amazing at dealing with our changes (one a week before) and were helpful and supportive throughout.
