From our experience, I doubt you will find a better wedding florist in the whole of London. Gina was an absolute dream - what she doesn't know about flowers probably isn't worth knowing! My bouquet was stunning, the centrepieces drop-dead gorgeous and pedestal displays, just beautiful. Thank you so much for all your efforts. Lea.

Flowers wilted 48 hours after receiving them. I contacted customer services to ask for a replacement, providing photos. They said no. Have always used Mcqueens as believed the quality of product and the service was worth the money, but this was a poor experience.

Would NEVER order through them- terrible service!
We ordered a large bouquet to be delivered by way of a surprise to London family & were assured that these flowers would arrive by 6pm on the delivery date. The flowers NEVER ARRIVED & WE had to chase the company up ourselves & demand an explanation. They responded that there had been a delivery issue and offered to refund (which they did do).They also offer to send a new small complimentary bouquet to redress. We reluctantly accepted this gesture but AGAIN even this secondary bouquet WAS NEVER DELIVERED. The company delivery process is a complete shamble. Save yourself the headache & disappointment and avoid ordering delivery flowers with this company.

You pay for what you get and while not the least expensive, these must be some of the best flowers in London! The people who work there clearly love their job and were incredibly helpful in assisting me to choose the perfect flowers and arrange for their delivery. Have recommended McQueens to friends and will definitely be going back.

Used them for Mother’s Day after a trip to Claridges to remind my mum of our great experience...
First year great; second year flowers arrived looking worse for wear and died within 2 days! Very disappointed I emailed a number of times for support, I was completely ignored! breathtaking arrogance and zero aftercare service, really disappointing and unnecessary, a simple reply and apology would have sufficed.

I can´t be thankful enough for the young gentleman who made an amazing flower arrangement this morning for me. I had a horrible experience at another forist and I could not take my ordered flowers. Luckily, this gentleman at McQueens was able to create an extraordinary bouquet in just 20 minutes. Very friendly - top customer srvice. Amazing variety of flowers which I haven´t seen before. Top quality. Thank you very much. I think I have found my favourite flower shop in London today!

Over Priced and unfriendly staff who are very presumptuous. I asked for bouquet for Birthday and got shown a Bouquet for funeral instead. then when i asked for a colourful vibrant bouquet AND showed the assistant an example of what i was looking for she still done me a dull bouquet and assumed I would not be able to pay for it.. ????

Ordered for an AM delivery, chased at 11:50am ish and told they'd chase the driver. Texted by courier at 12:40 saying they'd be delivering between 2pm and 3pm. Speaking to courier, the order had only just been put through.
I'd ordered, and confirmed with them, an AM delivery as no one would be available in the afternoon. Still waiting to hear back from them.

Underhand - delayed discussing my flower project until a week before the event, then when it was pretty much too late to go to another florist they underhandedly amended the quote (without flagging it up or discussing or asking me or even mention it) so it cost the same but was scaled back. I was told I had to decide and pay immediately (despite delays being caused by them). All extremely upsetting for me. I obviously refused and went elsewhere when they told me if I didn't agree to the quote change they wouldn't help me. Really really awful experience I will never use them or recommend them.
