Mixed experience, found the staff really helpful, a lovely lady put together a beautiful bunch of flowers for my mum for mothers day. But sad to say 3 days later some of the flowers are dead. Incredibly disappointing considering the price. Very poor quality in my opinion.

I contacted Kirsty at Igloo to try and make my Wedding Aniverssary as memerable as possible. Not only did she recommend the perfect Bouquet my Wife said it was the best she has ever seen. Kirsty also organised a collection for the arrangement before our Dinner booking at the Shard. Would highly recommend Igloo and can endorse their amazing value.

I've bought flowers for my wife from here on two occasions and both times the flowers have lasted for weeks and have opened up beautifully. I would really recommend the Avalanche roses or the Naomi roses, because she couldn't get enough of them. I'll definitely be back on her birthday for more!

We used Igloo for our wedding flowers (based on a recommendations from a friend) and Kirsty was our primary contact. All through the process they were fantastic, accommodating our exact requests and helping us with suggestions (we are based in the U.S. so we primarily worked via email). They were also incredibly reasonable on cost. The flowers on the day were beautiful and I would highly recommend them for anyone seeking a florist.

Pretty flowers shame about the service. It was almost an upheaval for the lady to serve me a bunch of flowers just now. Unnecessarily abrupt after politely asking to pick up a ready made bouquet as didn’t have time to wait while she built a bespoke bunch. The customer had no problem with me going ahead. I was handed the contactless machine to make the payment and then ignored with neither a smile or a thank you. Will not be returning.

I ordered through the website from Canada. The arraingement sent was larger and more beautiful than what I was expecting. They arrived on the date I specified with a nice card just as ordered. Will definitely use Igloo again.

I have bought flowers TWICE from the same lady and she is horrendous - seriously the customer service there is the worse ever. I understand they dont need to be friendly or help because they get so much traffic really who cares - but I swear if I could I would put up a sign and say do not go in because the customer service is probably the worse I have experienced.

Kirsty arranged our wedding flowers. We had no idea about them, but Kirsty was very helpful throughout and helped us narrow down the choices and styles - they looked amazing on the day. She was very nice to deal with, and was reasonably priced. We would recommend her highly after doing such a great job in our special day.

I would have given this shop 0/5 too if Google allowed this option. Staff member was extremely rude. Horrible customer service. That impolite woman literally just ruinned our big day. We got a bouquet but it was falling apart on our way to the graduation ceremony. We asked politely if she could help fix it by rewrapping it and we were ready to pay for that. She coldly rejected in spite of the fact that we were desperately in need of help in haste.
N.B.: we finally had the bouquet rewrapped by another professional and friendly florist in the borough market.
