Terrific neighbourhood florist – and more: they have healthy plants for both outdoors and indoors and excellent seasonal produce (Sicilian lemons, artichokes and asparagus at the right time; and most produce is free of wasteful excess packaging). Above all else, it's the great staff who have turned me into a regular: they are friendly, helpful, prompt, and when something isn't available, ask – they'll make sure it's there for you next time.

Extremely happy with the quality of flowers and their prompt service. My wife ordered from them but she typed the wrong address and she immediately rang and a gentleman named Vipul answered the phone. He took the right address and reassured her and the Bouquet reached right on time --the same day. Very impressed with this shop. Will definitely use them again. Keep up the good work. Update: I had originally written a negative review because the shop closed early before I could pick up my Valentine’s Day order. However, when I went in today the owner and staff were very apologetic and agreed to upgrade the bouquet free of charge. While the original incident was unfortunate, I know it was unintentional and I really appreciated that they went the extra mile to make it right. And the flowers are absolutely beautiful!

Worst florist ever experienced, flowers arrived dead and looked like something out of Asda local !! Lady was very unhelpful , no remorse shown.. she just wanted to pocket the money very greedy for money this company.

Very disappointed order flowers online for same day delivery although the flowers arrived very quickly they was very poorly wrapped. The flowers looked dead! The florist on the phone was very rude and didn’t offer any replacement or apology. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Terrible flowers! I ordered their Summer Sunset Rose and Alstroemeria Hand-tied with 10 stems to be delivered to my girlfriends work for her birthday. When she brought them home there were only 6 flowers and it looked nothing like the image on the website! I would not recommend buying anything from here! You would be much better off getting flowers from your local Tesco store for a third of the price!

Flowers already dying when delivered, no card left to say they were with my neighbour and then the staff tried to blame her for the state of the flowers! They couldn't have left the shop in good condition no matter what the staff claimed. Use someone else.
