Friendly and efficient

I’m sorry to say this because in the past o have been to this pharmacy and at times they have been helpful although almost always a long wait, but I went today and literally standing there for half an hour waiting for prescription, when I asked what had happened (I had a poorly one year old waiting in car with my husband) they said they had called name out ten minutes ago but I obviously hadn’t heard. I was the only person standing there for ages and I just feel a little bit of kindness and helpfulness would not have gone amiss, as in, excuse me is this your prescription or even just reading it out again but in fact what I was treated to was sneering and rudeness. I felt almost as though they had known all along that I hadn’t heard and just leaving me there waiting as a bit of a laugh. I also saw a little old lady come in who had ordered prescription and popped into shop and come back, instead of just checking if they had called out her prescription she was told she had to get in the queue all over again. Just get the impression that customer service is not the priority here.

Friendly staff and well organised, clean pharmacy.

Prescription never ready, wait is always around 20 mins, staff ignore you to carry on chatting to each other, and some need to learn some manners. Just because we rely on you to dispense our prescriptions doesn’t mean you can treat us like something on the bottom of your shoe. Shape up or ship out is what I say.

Helpful and understanding staff. The manager was very happy to explain what was going on with my prescription and try to rectify the problem. Thank you.

Always helpful and friendly

Very rude and unhelpful. Have failed to find my prescription on two separate occasions and when I complained was told, "If you don't like it, go somewhere else." Poor service, long queues, full of grumpy old people, one of whom actually pushed me because he didn't think I was moving fast enough. Staff saw this but didn't say anything. Appalling. Wouldn't go back there if my life depended on it

Rude and staff nearly knocked over my pram that was holding my 6 week old child next time you attack a pram make sure there is no baby and go on your own bullys
