Had a horrible experience, my pregnant girlfriend went to pick up a prescription. And she was made to feel like a terrible person and told she should be self isolating. I u understand the concern but no one was able to pick up this prescription for her. Myself included as I'm a key worker. They should of had a kinder word rather then making a a first time mum feel terrible

Delivery driver verbally abused my mentally and physically disabled friend whilst delivering prescriptions as she couldn't reach the door quickly enough for him as she has to use walking aids to move about and he didnt like being sent back later to deliver her critical medication and abused her on her own doorstep. Looking into legal action as any company that tolerates that kind of behaviour in their staff have no business bring in partnership with medical and support services to the most vulnerable in our society.

The people here should have an award! They are always cheerful and pleased to help you as much as they can. All the chemists are very knowledgable and the other ladies really lovely. For me they have gone above and beyond what you normally expect of a chemist, it's a shame I have to visit them so often but it's not a chore. It's almost like a social drop in sometimes. They stock a lot of essentials and some things not so, they used to have a make-up display, they have reinstated nail varnish & lipsticks though, as well as a huge array of moisturisers for pretty much every part of you!

Couldn't have wished for a more helpful and flexible dispensing team.
