A failed attempt to support local business.! I was looking for sum cramp relief supplement after extensive excise. Lady in white coat was clueless (very scared catching the c-virus ordered me to step back from the till area although I was masked up and the only customer in the shop), now seeking the answer from her supporting / acting chemist . Obviously I must have asked for the impossible ,whilst I was suggesting a magnesium supplement , the 'chemist' offered the solution to be tonic water. Though it is mentioned on the web that some people use tonic water for night time cramps due to lack of circulation .... I repeated that I was simply after pain relief for post exercise cramps. Never had them before .... just did not want them again for obvious reasons....my suggestion of magnesium fell on deaf ears, Maybe they simply do not stock it? Chemist's final suggestion was to eat some bananas. I have since re-searched this as well, because I deal with patients every day myself on an ophthalmic level, and I do not always have all the answers right away either ... but I would not resort to 'pick a fruit out of thin air' and hope the person goes away, ... well it was her lucky day I went away, with no intentions to return EVER! BTW for anyone who is interested,;organic coconut water happens to a reasonable answer!

I've been dealing with Kamsons since they took over from Cooks who I have been with for over 40 years. I look upon the staff as my friends and have been missing them due to the lock down. Keep well, keep safe and keep smiling.
