Saw this comment from poetic Dan and thought I'd speak up for the pharmacist on the day. I was waiting outside of the pharmacy due to the rule of only having 2 people in store. The customer in front of me (I assumed he was poetic Dan) went inside the pharmacy WITHOUT wearing any face covering and the person who served him (I assumed he was the pharmacist manager) had kindly asked him to wear a mask as it is now compulsory to wear one in shops. Not only did Dan refuse to wear one, he was being extremely rude to the pharmacist by swearing at him because the pharmacist refused to serve him and politely asked him to leave the pharmacy.
I thought the pharmacist dealt with the situation really well and showed patience and composure against an unreasonable customer!

As a place to help people the owner sure doesn't care for mental health... I've never been so insulted, passive aggressive and left me shaking... I don't like to talk much and got all my buttons pushed.....he deserves to lose he's job as its hard enough to see the beauty in this world without the man that runs this place.... Should go work in McDonald's!

What a lovely experience coming into this pharmacy today all the staff were so helpful, I have just had to start some new medication and they were full of knowledge and advice. One of the members of staff Leah was so helpful. The shop was Not overloaded with lots of different stock which is helpful to make quick decisions on what I need. Really clean and could easily get my buggy in as there is no stands in the way. ???? thanks east Worthing pharmacy

came in a couple of days ago and spoke to a really lovely member of staff; she was so helpful with the questions I had and was really polite in helping me find something to help with my symptoms. I couldn’t recommend this pharmacy or it’s staff enough!

Great pharmacy, staff very knowledgeable & well stocked - was able to buy anti bacterial hand wash & hand sanitizer, every other pharmacy in Worthing was sold out. Can manage my repeats online & the staff were able to get my prescriptions delivered.

Most people go into a pharmacy due to feeling unwel right? I went to this pharmacy today and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. There was a pharmacist and a assistant standing at the other counter. No eye contact, no acknowledgment, nothing. I was waiting to purchase some day nurse as I have a cold. Not a single person even said “I’ll be with you in a minute” an elderly gentlemen walked in after I had been standing there all that time and they greated him with a smile and asked if he was ok!!! Absoulty disgusting customer service. I certainly will NEVER go there for anything. Ever again! I’m not sure what I did to deserve to be COMPLELTY ignored!!
