Great pharmacy, the staff and pharmacists are always helpful and have medication ready on time. Im shielding and they deliver my medication,no problems! Definitely the best pharmacy around!!

After making this complaint to Kamson, I received a call from a very nice pharmacists who apologised and took details to ensure this doesnt happen again. "I was getting a prescription that was 2 things in one box and they charged me for both, I looked at the prescription and it said one item on prescription so I went back and explained that they had charged me twice and was this right. The lady was very abrupt and angry at me and spoke to a colleague loudly over the counter saying what the prescription was, it's a well know medicine and as I didn't want people knowing what i was in the pharmacy for so i found it very embrassing and demoralising. The colleague came over and showed me a chart which said which prescription's where doubled charges and this was much more helpful and I left the store with more understanding but in tears from the experience as I was made to feel very small and stupid. All I needed was the member of staff to explain to me as I do not know their, system instead I got treated as though I was challenging them and they said out loud my prescription which I find very disrespecful and unprofessional. I will never get my medication from here again"
