Today I was in St. Pancras, there is very small but nice and clean flower shop, new one. Moyses Stevens have been absolutely amazing. I wanted unique bouquet for special occasion. Florist Aurelia was very helpful and kinde. The service was highly personal and she made very beutiful arrangement like it was in my mind. Thank you and to your nice florist.????????????

Asked the lady for help on indoor plants as I was looking for a gift and wanted it to be personalised. However she had the worst attitude and just told me choose something from here. When I came here before staff were friendly and helpful but not anymore. Don’t waste your time going here like I did

This small flower shop is absolutely amazing!!! The variety of different flowers is great and it is worth a visit just to indulge the flowers on the display! Everyone will find something in here – from lots of freshly cut flowers to delicate potted flowers!

Possibly the worst customer experience in London! Flowers were less than half the size specified on the website, were dumped at the door without ad much as a knock and were limp and lifeless and disheveled. After numerous calls to customer service have had zero response to address or attempt to rectify the problem. Avoid this company.

I am sad by the quality if flowers I was sold this Saturday. £5.00 per hydrangea. It took me 30 minutes to get home and put them in a vase. They are now shrivelled and dead. I wish I could share a photo. £15.00 down the drain, if you are not selling fresh cut flowers please advise customers and don't charge premium.
