My mum sent flowers for my birthday and when they arrived it was an absolutely mess but what is even more disappointing is the quality of flowers used (pictures below), as well as the lack of any customer service.
I tried reaching out to the company via phone (left several voicemails), as well as on their Instagram page (sending pictures of the flowers) - neither attempts were returned and it’s now been almost a week.
As my family lives far away, I have been fortunate enough to receive flowers from various florists around London, so please believe me when I say there are better vendors available.
A number of local businesses to support who stand by their service/ product.
I tried to give the business multiple attempts to rectify the situation and they chose to ignore me - if I could give zero stars, I would.

Ordered some last minute flowers for Mother's Day. Mum was thrilled with the flowers and kept mentioning how amazing the scent was.
The delivery was swift and they came in a beautiful box too!

The roses smell gorgeous, they're of high quality and many are David Austin: that more than justifies paying slightly more for them than those banal farmed flowers in supermarkets. Fabulous shop well worth going out of one's way for.

I have now bought a few times from the Real Flower Company, for myself and as gifts and they never disappoint. The smell is incredible and the arrangements have been made with so much skill and love, meaning they have that extra wow factor that you don't get with Intaflora arrangements.

This company is a joke. Nominated day delivery should be on Saturday and no delivery. Called then they only work on weekdays. No email reply even in weekdays.

Really disappointed with their flower delivery service. Just becuse one does not come to the shop to choose the flowers does not mean that you have to put old flowers out for delivery! Not using these services again.

Rosebie Morton Flowers at the Real Flower Company is an absolute rip-off. Bought two bunches of dahlias (~10 stems) at their stall in Marylebone Farmers Market last weekend. It cost a whopping £30, and lasted only four days. Perhaps their roses are better, but £15/bunch - not even arranged - is still absurd no matter how you look at it.
