Traveled from the States to visit London, and decided to go on a little shopping spree, which includes quite significant amount of time spent at EA store. Wow, what in incredible service we received. Staff could not have left a better impression on us - so friendly and helpful. We met one of the managers (Georgia I believe was her name); she was so professional and knowledgeable about each garment, from fabric it's made out of to body type the items of choice would suit. I would seriously go back to London just to shop at this store again; certainly not the experience you would receive when online shopping!!! Highly recommend!

The best designer store out there! The clothes are stunning. But, more importantly the staff are amazing! I have been shopping at this store for well over a decade and they simply are the best!
The style of Armani is so elegant. From the iconic jacket which Mr Armani pioneered to their flowing trousers and more. There is something for everyone.
I have got to know the staff really well, and believe me when I say this no other fashion house has staff that are as welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Ovi in particular is a superstar! And David the store manager is great if you get to meet him.

Have shopped here a load of times now and will continue to do so. I always find the staff very professional and friendly, happy to help and answer any question. The store is amazingly clean, light and with a well designed lay out, without to much stock on the shop floor but a brilliant selection ready and available when asked for !
The staff are polite and as you would expect from a high end fashion store well dressed and stylish.

Went to purchase my partner a pair of shoes for an anniversary gift however they didn't have his size in store so while he was being assisted by a helpful staff member I took the opportunity to sneak downstairs to the ladies section, I'm a capricorn it's what we do... I was greeted by the most charming young man named PETR KARVANEK he was so polite and welcoming I almost felt obliged to purchase everything I laid my eyes on. I fell in love with a pair of boots he recommended. I don't know how he knew I would love them, well I guess that's why he is so brilliant at his job. It was an excellent experience shopping here staff and management are amazing. Oh fyi I ordered my partners shoes online in his size and had them delivered. Perfect fit!

Ooooooo the leather jackets.... Wow.... at first I didn't understand why the products here are so much more expensive than every other emporio Armani store I've ever seen... but the stock here is much much better quality than other stores and it's really surprising how much better the clothes are here than their other retailers.

Bought EA ladies watch a year ago, wore it for a few months and they started to fall apart. Lost small part from the strap. Came there yesterday, friday 27.9. 13, I asked for help one of the staff. Unfortunately he couldn't help me that day but took my details to call me on monday if anything could be done in this matter. On saturday next day I got a call from him, that he found a spare part. It was fixed within a few minutes. Awesome service, very helpful staff. Thank you Ara. ;o)
