Cool little gallery that have cool events on and have a very nice gift shop if you're looking for a unique gift (though some of it little bit pricey). Note there is no toilet available in the gallery.

Hidden gem of a gallery with Japanese concept store. Love this place. Been to some great talk by artists too.

Lovely little Japanese art gallery tucked away on Old Street, close walk to the station. Fantastic exhibitions every month, from classic and contemporary paintings, to pottery, cultural items, wood cuttings, and more. The "private views" that are held once a month are quite lovely too, as there are usually not many people there and the ones who are have to previously register, meaning everyone there is genuinely interested in the Gallery rather than curious passerby's (although there's nothing wrong with that). During said private views the Gallery also provides small complimentary drinks, usually sake cocktails, which are fantastic, and will sell other cocktails throughout the evening. Finally, they also sell all manner of Japanese import goods such as vases, stationery, Hobonichi Techo planners, green tea sets, and more. Highly recommend!

Local gallery with a focus on Japanese art and culture with small retail store selling Japanese prints, artwork, accessories and stationery. A good selection of Traveller Notebook merchandise.

A cute little gallery that specialises in Japanese art, particularly photographical exhibitions. I have now attended two. The first being photographs of Ordinary people in Tokyo which lovely black and white snap shots of moments. The second exhibition was how animals can make an impact on someone with dementia. I found it very touching seeing the everyday interactions between the grandpa and his cat, yet the solid bond they had. With this gallery, I feel it holds quite intimate exhibitions, so I will keep checking for more events in the future.

Don't miss it - easy to walk past the location (halfway between Old Street and Farringdon) but this is one of the best small, free galleries in London, specialising in Japanese-themed collections. Chic, indie feel.

Interesante galería de arte con pequeñas exposiciones que van rotando y en la que además podemos comprar elementos que tienen que ver con lo que se está exponiendo en cada momento. A veces hacen eventos privados como cenas con catas de vinos o sake. Muy recomendable.
