I have used Bagista on and off over the years to sell my bag. My transactions have always been smooth and prompt and no time at all between quotation and transfer of money. I have always received great service and a fair price compared to other preowned places. They are located in conveniently on the Kings Road if you want to drop your bag off.

Highly recommend this company. I’ve purchased two bags already (YSL and Chanel) and both times I have been very pleased with their service. My second purchase, a lady called Isabel was especially helpful. Answering my never-ending questions, responding to my requests (to model the bag, for a dust bag & box to be included if possible etc.) promptly through e-mail. Both times the bag was dispatched on day of purchase, and I received them within 2 days tops. These bags are currently my top 2 favourite out of the arrays in my closet.

Such a nice selection!! Came in for a Cancun Crossbody from Louis Vuitton that I saw on their webpage and it looked even better when I saw it in person. Their pricing is maybe steeper than you’d expect for consignment, but it’s because of the quality of the products. The strap on the cross body I bought is leather, and as skinny as a usb cable or something but it’s like almost brand new and I only paid £220. Anyways I love the lady running the shop too. Would definitely recommend.

Shame I can’t give them 0 stars because service was absolutely terrible. I was greeted with most arrogant approach you can get from ignorant lady(I suppose it was an owner) She wouldn’t even tried to pronounce my name and ostensibly announced that, but that’s a detail. Customer service is completely non existent, communication by email even worse then personal. I had to repeatedly call them from abroad to actually ask them to send me simple email. After getting through painful basics of computer illiteracy( or maybe simple disregard for a client) they’ve send me a money after 3 days instead of promised 12h.

They took my Chanel bag for 10 days to authenticate and evaluate the price. It returned to me without the hologram sticker!! Not only they denied any responsibility but also claimed my bag is fake!!
Then I went to other shop to authenticate. They quoted me the price in just 2 days (of course!! my bag is authentic)
Beware!! if you are going to do business with this shop.
1. They are not responsible for you property.
2. They have no idea how to find out what is authentic or fake products.
Won't be long if they keep doing this kind of business.

I am on the Bagista mailing list and spotted a Mulberry Bayswater in a size and colour I had been coveting for a while. I emailed Bagista to ask questions on condition and they responded by return. I purchased using a discount code which gave me £30 off my first order which was a bonus. The bag was dispatched the next day and arrived with me a day later. It was well packaged and exactly as described. I absolutely love it!, it was great value and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bagista to anyone selling or buying.

Terrible service the website says send photos for evaluation and replies with 48 hours, its been a couple of weeks no response whatsoever. Years wull past and wont get a reply at all! Contacted me on ebay to buy my bag after I asked for cash no reply! Really unprofessional company!

This place is a disgrace. The lady who said is the store manager is absolutely useless, she also looks down on you if you don't buy anything. Their prices are very similar to retail prices. You might as well buy directly from the original designer store. Would never spend my money here!

Please beware of this shop. I bought a bag there, which, I was told, was last season. Came back home to find out it was from at least 5 year ago collection. The owner refused to refund or exchange, saying that this is their policy. The policy was not shown or told to me when I was making the purchase. The policy is also not stated on the receipt. Extremely disappointing experience.

I was interested in a bag they are selling through Vestiaire Collective, for which sale they would have to pay VC a 30% commission. Realising I could buy from them directly, thus eliminating not only the commission they would have to pay, but the necessity of sending out to Paris to be authenticated before being returned to me in the UK, I made an offer well above what they would have received if they had sold through VC. They could have chosen to reply and indeed negotiate with me on the price but business must be brisk as I was completely ignored. I have bought my bag elsewhere while theirs still remains unsold. I shan't be visiting their site again.

I had been looking for a Givenchy bag that was hard to come by as it was past season yet I managed to find it online at Bagista - They had labelled it as 'Current season' however I am aware of the Givenchy collection & colours and this was most definitely from the 2015 collection. On their online website, the bag was being advertised as ‘Brand New’ but upon closer inspection it became clear that the bag must be a store second (either that or second-hand) as there were small scratches, scuffs and colour transfer to the bag.
Initially the sales assistant (Unsure of her name but blonde w/ an American accent) was somewhat helpful but this changed towards the end. It appears that the sales assistant was interested until she realised that I may not buy on that specific day. Eventually I did decide that I would buy the bag online. Upon telling the sales assistant this, she no longer wanted to interact with me and once I had thanked her and said my goodbyes, she did not even respond or acknowledge me, except with a half-hearted smile and not even a look in my direction. Completely rude - Seems as though she was just hungry for the quick sale and commission perhaps?
Whilst in store I also overheard the two female sales assistants discussing wether a Botegga Venetta clutch they were trying to sell to a customer was new or second-hand. Both girls clearly didn’t know and decided that they would just tell the customer that it was new, probably as it would have made the customer more likely to buy the bag. This is deceiving to the customer! Surely the sales assistants should know about the products they are receiving and most importantly they should not be having this conversation in front of me – a potential customer.
Due to all these factors, I decided I would not purchase the bag as I could not fully put my trust into this company. Sales assistants are unproffesional aswell as their customer service reps (Who I believe are the same staff on a shoddy laptop that they use in store). They are Completely unapologetic - rude & unproffesional. This really does represent them as a company. Take note, Read the other negative reviews and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I second the fact I cannot give zero stars, do not buy from this place. Staff are rude and unhelpful!!! I cannot express enough how horrid this company is. The lady at the front is the most unhelpful, rude person I have ever met the arrogance she carries is disgusting.
