Very open and has plenty of space for people to browse through team gear during games. Decent selection of jerseys, shirts, and other items, but missing a few players and could use a few more old legends' jerseys. The line to the cash register is efficient and there are enough people working to prevent people from waiting too long. Overall, a very good team shop; I bought a few things during a game.

Honestly , I have no complaints. Its your standard boutique with Canadiens attire. Would like to see more variety in products but thats not up to the workers.

I'll keep this short & simple. I had a issue with an order I placed 5 days ago, I called & spoke to someone, left my name & order number. I would say less then 20 mins later someone called me back and assured me that they will resolve my issue.

I loved my great experience here because i love a lot Montreal Canadiens, this boutique has lots of Montreal Canadiens things at very good prices and the employees are very friendly, nice and welcoming with his fans. I will recommend this to stop when you're visiting Bell Centre.

Bought a guy carbonneau jersey (white one) Saturday unfortunately I had to return it to get exchanged for another one .so I got it redone this time it's a (red jersey) and got the custom made personalized heat pro .I just wanna say and give a huge thanks to Alexandra she's the one who took care of my jersey I'll be wearing this for the ceremony of the captain's reunion tuesday night when they mark their 110 year anniversary thanks Alexandra really appreciate it did such a good job

Went in here to pay over $300 for a Price jersey to get signed after the game, found out when I got home that the numbers are PEELING OFF THE BRAND NEW JERSEY! Extremely unhappy that a once in a lifetime experience/ product became ruined by cheaply made product sold within the walls of the best arena in the country... I never review stuff but that was a lot of money and an opportunity I won't get again since I'm in western Canada. Respect your fans, respect your organization& most importantly respect the people with their names on the backs of these jerseys you're cutting corners on.

Never had such a bad experience with online shopping. I tried purchasing a piece of clothing which wasn't cheap as a Christmas gift. The payment went through although their site signaled an error.
I waited a while to see if I'd get any emails of confirmation or signaling an error, and after a couple of days without news I tried calling them. They were closed and the person in charge of payments was unreachable. I wasn't able to write them an email via my phone so I had to do it on my computer (the guy in charge told me to instead of dealing with my problem over the phone). They then answered me, telling me that they needed the date and amount of the purchase, which I sent them immediately in return of an automatic email telling me they'll look into it soon. As I was expecting, I didn't get any answers until I complained I wanted my money back. Instead, I got a phone call telling me again to give them the date and amount!!
I still don't have my money back and will definitely never buy from them, neither will I refer them to friends or family.
To anyone who wants to buy from them, I strongly suggest you do it at their shop downtown, or simply not to. Very disappointed.

Tried ordering some stuff from here in early November. Credit card payment went through, said shipping would take 7-10 days. Fast forward almost a month and a half later. Several emails referencing my order with no response I'm left wondering if I'll ever be reimbursed, receive my order, or receive any response back.. very disappointed in my experience with this company.
Update
Situation has been completely resolved. I was reimbersed shortly after I left my initial review. While still irritated I was relieved that I had at least gotten my money back. Fast forward a few months later. I receive a mystery package in the mail. In the package was the stuff I ordered along with tons of other cool little knick knacks! I was dumbfounded. I check my credit card and look back through my receipts and I had not been charged for anything. This completely blew my away and I couldn't be happier with the products. Go habs go!

C'était la seule boutique dans Montréal/Rive-Nord/Rive-Sud qui avait le Jersey que je voulais. J'ai eu un excellent service de la part de Sandro qui a tout essayé pour m'éviter de descendre à Montréal (Le transféré à leur boutique de la Place Bell ou prendre une commande par téléphone vu que le Jersey n'était pas en vente sur leur site web) . Sans succès alors je suis allé le chercher à leur boutique. Très bon service à la clientèle.
