Visiting to MCM store in Conduit Street is a must whenever I visited London. Customer Service at MCM Conduit Street is great and definitely the best compare to other luxury brands store. Whenever I come to this store, I will always be greeted by the lovely MCM team. I feel that they are very welcoming. They are energetic super friendly, helpful, reliable and very kind. `they always show you the best items such as bags and ready to wear and they are very knowledgeable about the brand and very informative. Love the MCM team especially Carmen, Ricky, the Manager and the rest of the team. This is so far the best team Ive seen in luxury brands. Thank you for being awesome! keep up an amazing work

Always have such a great experience in the Conduit St store. Unlike other high end designer stores you are not made to feel out of place and are treated with respect. If there's anything that they don't have in stock they're happy to contact you when it does arrive and hold it in the back for you to purchase at the earliest convenience. Carmen is usually the lady who helps me out, she's great :)

Just went in to browse with my kids while on vacation to London from Los Angeles and my older daughter found a backpack she wanted on sale! Keep in mind we had our vacation gear on so we were not dressed in fancy clothing. Tbh, we looked like a regular joe who would walk in off the street. We were greeted with a friendly smile and had excellent service. I highly recommend this store! The associates are kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best service and feel special. I highly recommend this store to locals or tourists. I had an issue with my purchase. I bought something which was then refunded, I was refunded £65 instead of £650 which is quite a large amount to get wrong. The customer service team have been quite nice to deal with, they do respond to emails and calls. This has now been rectified. I would now always be cautious when it comes to online orders/refunds, not specifically MCM but across all businesses.
