Solid Italian. Ver good food and wine selection, great staff, not too expensive. There are slightly better Italian restaurants in London, but this is a very nice and relaxed place which is worth regular visits.

You can't go wrong with Paesan: great price, delicious food, excellent service, in a lovely space. We have had a consistently good experience here. Try the burrata to start and pappardelle also.

When we arrived there were only two tables full, we order and the starters were ok, after that we waited for aprox 45 minutes for the main courses, the wait was way too long. This plus some people that arrived later got their food before us is very disappointing. The food was ok but completely not worthy for the waiting and the price.

Fairly basic food in nice surroundings. Lunch menu is a bit of a joke (no real meat dishes) and so feels like a marketing exercise. Ordered a la carte and for a standard chicken main and chips...cost 20 pounds. Too expensive for lunch and given I buy lunch in the area everyday, a real missed opportunity for this restaurant.
