Really pleased with two hand-made-to-measure sofas from PF Collections. We recently bought two sofas from PF Collections - they were both made to measure to fit our living room perfectly - something we couldn't find anywhere that wouldn't cost the same as a new small car! We'd always prefer to go to a local company than a large national chain, and we got excellent customer service at their showroom in Long Eaton. I've never seen so many fabrics to choose from! Sofa styles were great. Customer service was excellent. Build quality was perfect. Delivery was spot on, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PF Collections to anyone looking for a new sofa.

Huge amount of experience and knowledge in this family business. They helped guide me through the maze of bespoke options available for my new sofas and chair. Final products are really impressive. Excellent value for money money given the high quality of manufacturing and materials. Customer service is also great.

Excellent products, very stylish products for great value....most impressive of all is the customer service and after sales care! This is where most places really let themselves down....but PF stand out form the crowd! I called them on Friday (over 1 year later) with a slight issue...they came round on the same day and sorted it out. I was astonished at the speed and efficency of their service!! Will definitely be recommending them - Thank you very much!

After repairing and changing the sofas over a 9 month period due to poor quality, we finally asked for a full refund. This is something I feel most people would expect and not unreasonable. Received a tirade of verbal abuse on the telephone today. Poor quality, poor service, poor attitude.

Wow! Completely deplorable behavior! Not only did the company NOT send the correct pricing, when we called to express concern over this, one of our designers was yelled at by management! :( This is not the way we do business, and would never yell at any of our clientele! Needless to say, we will NOT be doing business with this company ever again!
