Fantastic, friendly and really helpful service from Nigel James and Georgia in particular. Went above and beyond to help me choose the right headjoint for my flute, sending out various models for me to trial, and advising me on which models he thought would be a good match for me and my flute, which always arrived the following morning, and even a flute for me to use while my choice of headjoint was fitted to my own. I did eventually settle on a beautiful new handmade Andrew Oxley headjoint and am thrilled with it! Would highly recommend Nigel and his team at All Flutes Plus to anyone!

Was a great experience and they kept within the 3k budget that. Even when I asked for a wider selection of flutes they still kept in mind of the budget and asked whether I would want to go over budget. The staff was really friendly and offered me a large variety of flutes to try out. The only downside was that one of the staff knocked part of the flute onto a desk when removing the bungs in the open holes which ended up being the flute that I liked and wished the purchase. Overall was an amazing experience and I was very happy leaving the shop.

I ended up buying a Myazawa head joint on Monday. After much deliberating and help from a very patient member of staff I made my decision. I haven't stopped playing the flute since and I had the best experience in a flute shop yet! I wasn't made to feel that I wasn't worth the trouble as flute wasn't my first instrument. Thank you very much! They also had a very good selection of flute duets! Best wishes. Laura

I strongly recommend this business for all matters associated with flutes and flute playing. I have purchased flutes from them a number of times over the last 30 years and they have repaired and serviced flutes for me and their service is excellent. The staff are always very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Their level of expertise is second to none.

They have a piano room with a Yamaha upright piano in the basement that can be hired for £6 per hour. Must be the cheapest in London. I've used it twice in weekday mornings. Lovely piano.

The first time i visited this shop, the staff were kind and willing to help. I successfully bought a £1000 flute without any problems. In two weeks I noticed that many of the keys were not closing properly so I went back to the shop and asked them to fix it. They did so but were very rude. In 3 years from that day (now) i have noticed that the low C key does not close properly and the sound is muffled and unclear (which is one of my pet hates). To solve this issue, I went to the shop again and asked them to fix it. They said that it would take 2 hours so we came back in 2 hours and collected the flute. The man at the counter was very rude but the lady was kind. I payed £5 and then left... only to find out that it had not been fixed and was exactly the same as before. What a waste of time!
