Update - I've now had a response.
Scam - avoid at all costs. Purchased an item from these guys on Reverb, item didn't work - I have sent numerous polite and patient messages and requested a refunded, none of which they've even bothered to reply to. Meanwhile, they continue to sell items on the site. Hard to imagine a worse customer experience, take your money to a retailer you can trust - there are plenty of them out there.

Great advice and range of guitars. Speak to Paul who is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful without being pretentious or pushy. When I do decide to buy a Martin, I will definitely buy one from Him.

I'm pretty sure Confucius' younger, more artistic sibling, once said: "Re-string a gal's guitar, she'll strum another day. Teach her to re-string her own guitar and she'll be rockin' on forever." THANK YOU, Andy, for generously taking the time to show this newbie not only how to re-string her own guitar but also proper fretboard and guitar maintenance. Oh yeah, and running into Jimmy Page in front of the store today was fun too. (Thanks, Tom, for the heads up!)

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Was welcomed back a second time the following day in the same way. All I went in for were a soundhold cover and strings. And now I feel confident in dropping a large amount on instruments and equipment.

staff couldn't be bothered to help me, pity as I wanted a Martin and they have a good selection, but the staff were reluctant to make any effort with me so I went and bought a £2,700 Martin at Wunjo where the staff were so helpful and engaged in helping me find what I wanted. I also bought an £800 Takamine at Notom again because the staff were interested in creating a space where i could try lots of guitars and play them until I found the one that felt right for me. At Westside they could barely take a guitar down to show me, they were so busy chatting among themselves eventually I asked to see one, had a little go but they showed such little interest in helping me so I left. I just didn't want to spend my money with people who were so not bothered. I also have other friends who have bought their Martin's elsewhere and who won't go into this shop because they have got the feeling the staff only seem to want to deal with professional players. A pity as I love Martin guitars and would like to spend time exploring them in that shop as there is such a range. If you ever change your staff let me know and I will come back.

Really cool shop with a huge amount of martin acoustic guitars in stock, pretty much the entire range. Loads of cool pedal brands as well, and pedaltrain boards.
staff are really friendly and helpful, and know there products. Got no complaint with any of the shops on denmark street, service is the best its ever been. Defiantly check these guys out if your walking down the road.
