Although all items I purchased in store were 'in stock' according to the website and we were told all items should arrive in store in around 4 days, we ended up waiting three weeks or more and then items were missing. Thinking it was an isolated event, I ordered more items online that again got delayed or only part delivered, or completely wrong on one item. I give them two stars because the items themselves seem of reasonable quality, but for speed of actually getting items and the myriad of excuses given for such delays I would only have given them 1.

Bought a tub through their eBay shop and would not recommend to anyone.
The tub arrived damaged & when I reported to the seller they did nothing and if that isn't enough they were also rude.
It's better to pay an extra £50 and get a quality product with decent service.

Bought a Meble grey toilet and basin unit, after some problems with delivery (the courier's fault), we are absolutely delighted with our purchase. The quality is outstanding for the cost, it has given a very expensive look to our bathroom. Would highly recommend the company, they were always available either on chat or at the end of a phone.

If no stars was an option I would give them none!!! Worst service I have ever received!! Radiator and valves were meant to be delivered in 5-10 working days. After a month nothing received even though I chased frequently. Never an apology for the delay, or a call or email to update me.
Radiator finally arrived but no valves. After hours spent on the phone to various people and emails sent, who always told me they would have to call back (never once received a call back or an email response) I have cancelled my order. Even then no apology some some guy on the phone moaning about how rubbish their suppliers are, which with all due respect is not my problem.
Would never order from this company again and certainly would not recommend them.
Since ordered same valves (which turned out to be cheaper) through another company and they came 2 days later!

Ten out of ten for We Love Bathrooms, I used them as my previous company continuously let me down with a constantly slipping delivery date. We Love spent a long time sourcing similar products and I received them all in just a few days at a cheaper price! Excellent customer service from the team (especially Lee who went the extra mile). Would recommend and I’ll certainly use them again.

Do not buy your bathroom here. We have had a terrible experience with welove.co.uk. First, the delivery time was supposed to be 3-10 days, after 14 days we called a few times back and forth and just got a bunch of lies, they had no idea of anything. After a while, we were promised that we can cancel the order and get a "return application", so we agreed and called again. Then, suddenly the items were picked and the delivery date was arranged for the next day, of course, there was a problem as well..nightmare. Anyway, they just purely making up as they go. Very unprofessional, very unreliable, and I will never recommend this company to anyone. Never again.

Placed an order on the 9th Jan, item was showing in stock online. 2 weeks later with no communication from welove I chased them up only to be told item was due in on the 17th February. I put my plumber on hold. Called in on the 18th hoping for a delivery date and was then told item wouldn’t be due until the end of March. They’ve had £900 of my money for 6 weeks and then I’ve been told it can take 2 weeks for a refund. Awful customer service, not interested in helping at all ( I ended up calling the supplier to get a confirmation delivery date). Not interested in helping or resolving any issues, do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.

shocking service returned an item to be told there is a 25% restocking charge for returned items, I advised i was not told this at point of sale to be told it is company policy I told the lady I did not sign anything at point of sale to agree - refunds can not be actioned stright away as it has to go to accounts for them to process - as a company you have just lost 2 sales for full bathrooms suits as my parents was about to purchase from you and we have just moved house and require a full bathroom suite

Very poor communication and organisation. Ordered bathroom cabinet instore 9th Sept and paid for. Was told there should be one in store and would ring me in a few hours to confirm, if not, 10-14 day delivery. No phone call so I rang to be told showing on system but they couldn't find it. Woman said will order and will get a phone call when in. Rang them 7 days later for update to be told with courier waiting to go the store - will get a call when in!! Monday 21st Sept I had to ring again - woman told me still not in but should have by Wed 23/9 for me to collect. We're now Friday 26/9 and still no phone call... Although I expect I will get the cabinet (eventually) I'm not happy about the service levels and being promised calls and not getting them. This is no way to run a business!! Watch this space for further updates.....

Ordered two bathroom suites from this company on the 7th of September expected delivery is 5-10 days due to covid. Spoke to them last week after finally getting someone to answer the phone, to be told it was out for delivery and will be here today, rang back today to check to be told they don’t even have them in stock and won’t for a few weeks. Worst customer service ever and the refund policy is even worse 25% they want to take for a refund absolute joke of a company avoid at all cost

Terrible communication. Never reply to e’mails and phone disconnects after 60 secs. Been waiting for my order since 1st August. Promised delivery 10-14 days Nothing has arrived and can’t get in touch. Paid on order so obviously not happy
