I got my ear pierced by Christina from Claire's Kilburn High Road on 14th of September and it was an amazing experience! She was very professional and patient. She followed all the hygiene procedures and even helped me to take my old earring out (it was an earring with butterfly back as well and I didn't dare to take it out by myself) and cleaned it. I was very touched. It was my last day in UK and thank you for this beautiful memory!

I went there to get my second piercing and wasnt very happy as the piercings were on different places on each ear. They are willing to do it again in 2 week but i am still unhappy as they should of got it right the first time
