I love these shops, they have such cute things on stock, can be a bit pricey. The only issue is sometimes they can be a bit crowded, so much stuff on the shop floor for sale and people trying to walk round and find what they need. Also why put the ear piercing part near the doors, people so often stand in the way of them.

A very busy and very little branch of Claire's. It was very well organised and tidy during our visit, which, considering it was a busy Saturday afternoon, is quite an achievement! Jewellery, accessories, ear piercing, keyrings and knick-knacks galore. Everything is much more expensive than it looks so be prepared...

Amazing service. I went with a worried 5 year old and she put her nerves at ease and pierced her ears quickly and made the whole experience very joyful and relaxed! Having friendly staff makes this experience whole lot easier.

Social distancing is non existent in here. Came in to do a refund. Only manager knows how and is doing a piercing. Fine, I come back after 10 minutes as she asked, then she ignores me and starts on another customer. I’m honestly surprised how rude she is. I’ll never shop here again

For the past 6 years or so the managers and staff are tacky, and unkept. Despite going back several times to buy some odd jewelry for my kids still the staff are just extremely insulting and derogatory. Staff are definitely killing sales. Trash!

Love Claire's! Not only is it great for kids and kids gifts, especially girls, teenagers and ladies can get wonderful hair accessories, nail varnishes, all types of fab earrings, paste jewellery, purses, key rings and so much more in here! You can also get ears pierced in here by a professional, for a very reasonable price. This particular store is on the ground floor, near to Fenwick in Brent Cross. Visit it for spakly glamour and fun!

When I was 6 years old I got my ears pierced here and got an ear infection and now my ear is always itchy I don’t recommend going here to get your ears pierced but they have cool phone cases and nice earrings just don’t risk getting an ear infection
