Go to a professional tattoo/piercing place if you want to get you or your children's ears pierced. I am still to hear a single person who's Claire's ear piercing didn't end in infection.
Good tattoo parlours work under the strictest sterile conditions which are perfect for piercing. Claires is the absolute opposite of a clean sterile place.

Have many choices of earrings! I would recommend going there for ear piercing because you only have to keep them in for 3 weeks! However, very expensive! And did not have much choice of phone cases. Only for iPhone and Samsung.

me and my sister got out ears pierced here for £50 pp and we both regret it, cause our ears got infected. so dont get your ears pierced here. go to a hospital and do it there

I got my cartilage pierced here 7 months ago and it still hurts! The girl who did it seemed very careless anyway, and I realised that she didn't even pierced them straight through, she pierced them at an angle which makes sleeping completely difficult! If you want your ears pierced (even regular piercing) just go to proper piercing place, it might even cost cheaper, because at Claire's it's expensive and they make you buy a huge bottle of cleaning solution that clearly doesn't even work....... WHAT-A-WASTE!

I found Claires shop at Westfields W12 to be reasonable in price and very good quality, the bracelets and necklaces particularly very colourful and well made, the staff were very warm and friendly.

Had my 5 month old neice ears pierced. Good selection of 18ct gold studs priced at £65! Ouch. Very limited selection of 9ct gold studs priced at £56! In fact a choice of only 2, somewhat dissappointing. Hwvr, customer service was very good, staff friendly and patient.

I waited for half an hour to get my nose piercing only to get refused to get it done because the lady thinks Im not well when clearly i was well. Just because I blowed my nose and cleared it. I don't understand. I mean do I not know if im not unwell. ????
