be aware this shop is totally a scam ，they take my imac ，repair the powersupply with ridiculous high cost，then the video card burnt，they take it again and never get that back to me，they now say the machine is stolen？？？ spend money and time ，and get my imac broken and lost and all by datas are gone，I will suit this company！

Warning to other customers, this shop ruined my iPhone and MacBook. Meant to be simple repair, but my iPhone no longer charges anymore. Furthermore my MacBook now overheats and auto shutsdown at 10% battery. Also my MacBook keyboard no longer works. These technicians have basically decimated both my devices. Lesson learnt always take your devices to an official Apple store.

Was not happy with the service I received, firstly i didn't receive confirmation of repair and had to ring up to find out if repairs were carried out.
Paid £90 , computer worked for maybe 2 months and now have the same problem I originally had! So a revisit in order
05/20 update... Have since taken it back and had the problem fixed after some altercation with finding the problem.
Happy, satisfied customer now!

Real good and professional peoples, a bit long but they did repair my Mac who didn't want to come back to life, they arrived to save all of my data and I just for that give 5 start, they was a bit long at the end, but holiday time so its normal in a July month, I will 100% recommend this company, I try couple of one but all very expenive or not professional.

They repalaced my screen, that broke again after 3 weeks. When I went to a proper Mac store for reparations they told me that there were a lot of missing screws and some that were not properly screwed what probably caused the damage to the screen. Nevere go to this place.

Came into the shop in absolute despair as my laptop had just died on me at the most inconvenient time. It was a hard drive failure and although they were really busy that day, had it replaced and working like new within 3 hours. They we're the loveliest people, it was so reasonably priced and can't recommend enough!

I felt apprehensive when I took my MacBook in for repair. I thought it had died and taken most of my my my life with it. Within a couple of hours they called me to say that it was reparable. By end of the next day they had repaired it and it was fully functioning. I even got a free lecture on the importance of backing up my data. Competent, reassuring and friendly service. Many thanks

The hard drive failed on my 27” iMac retina, I phoned for a quote, which I thought was more than reasonable, and took it in the following morning. By the afternoon it was ready for me to collect and in no time I was up and running again.
Compare this to the genius bar in terms of speed and price and it’s a no-brainer. Everyone I spoke to there were friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.

Very happy with the service I received, can not recommend enough. I thought that after I had spilt wine on my MacBook and it was not powering up, I had lost everything. Repaired by the next day and all my data was intact. Kept me informed all the way and even cleaned the outside.

Needed a new macbook pro battery. Was recommeneded the place from someone in the Apple Store and a previous client. They ordered in a new a battery promptly and I had in fitted in just over an hour. Reasonably priced, would definitely reccommend.

At first my repair for my macbook it seemed great and cheap, turns out they used 3rd party parts for the inside which was ‘all over the place’ so I had to end up going to an Apple service anyway, which they ended up doing for free. Bit of a shame.

Hassle free service, I spilt orange juice on my MacBook, needless to say it the motherboard died and keyboard needed replacing. They had the motherboard cleaned/repaired and replaced the keyboard in under a week. Excellent service.

Had a poor 3 month experience going on with them. They fixed my fan whilst breaking the Sata ports on the Laptop (Making the laptop completely useless to me) They attempted to repair it (most likely due to guilt) then once they couldn't fix it they then told me they're not responsible for it (Even though that part went in there functional)
No compensation offered. Just my laptop sent back to me faulty.
I'd completely avoid.

Sheer drama to get an iPad repaired (which I didn't).
My iPad had a broken screen, I want to support independent businesses, hence I went to
Mac Repairs. They told me it was going to be ready in 2 working days, £90. After a week I didn't hear from them, I called, and a very rude employee told me it was not ready yet. After six more days, they text me to let me know that the cost is now £160 (they have extra work to do). Seven more days pass, during which I went there twice to urge them to complete the work, then I receive a message: they had a problem with the supplier. Six more days, they sent me another message: it's not ready yet. At that point I had enough, came to take the iPad, they gave me its pieces back without even bothering putting them in a bag and, it goes without saying, no apologies. I brought this remains to a place called iCorrect ltd, and in 5 hours I had consultation, diagnosis, and iPad repaired for £130. Come to Mac Repairs only if you want an angry story to tell to your friends.

I wouldn't even give it a star, I do not recommend anyone to bring their laptop here, communication was extremely poor and I constantly had to contact the company. All I wanted was a recovery of my data on my macbook. I informed them i would like to be kept up to date and they said they would do this but this was far from the case. I was so fed up I had to g to the shop and i was informed my laptop was not there- it was with someone else even though I specifically said I want to be kept informed, especially if my laptop was not onsite! Why would they do this without telling me, if they need to fix it it should be done there and no where else. And if this was the case, why didn't they tell me in the beginning?
In the end I requested my laptop to return ASAP, and now the performance has changed. I have never had any issues with my laptop ad now MY BATTERY NEED TO BE SERVICED. I am certain they tampered with my laptop and took out all the good parts and replaced them with bad parts!

I had a problem of the logic board with my MacBook Pro which took another supplier a month and still yet to be solved. Desperate, I came to Mac Repairs and they repaired it in 3 days. Cannot be happier.
