This shop sold us a iPhone 8 that broke down within a month. They blamed us when we came back to fix the phone multiple times. The last straw was yesterday when we went to exchange the phone as promised, they refused and “suggested” we BUY another phone for just the small price of £100. When we’ve gone other times whilst trying to get the iphone repaired we’ve seen other customers complaining about their own phones breaking down after 2 WEEKS. DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOU WONT END UP HAPPY AT ALL. This is not a prank, lie or joke to spite we have proof. Please be careful of shopping here. I’ve already lost £280 here. Please be careful

I called All about laptops as my laptop stopped working, they answered the phone and asked me to come in, they saw me and serviced my laptop on the day, they called me later on the day to advise my laptop was ready for collections. So, I’ve gone to All About Laptops to fix my
iPhone about 3 times, I’ve never had any issues - always got a great service for a great price.
I recently started having problems with my iPad - I figured I would go over to all about laptops to fix my iPad hoping that the gentlemen that worked on my phone those 3x would work on my iPad.
Boy was I wrong. I brought my IPad to get fixed upon picking it up - I realized that the person fixing it had done a very sloppy job (there was glue all over my display). I said hey - it’s just glue. Go home turn it on, the digitizer was put in incorrectly and my front camera was moved out of place (very inconvenient as I use my iPad for school/remote learning). I brought the iPad back to Naphtali (who I assume is the one who sloppily and hastefully “repaired” my iPad). Upon getting home after picking it back up I noticed my phone wasn’t charging properly/kept shutting off (mind you it worked fine when I picked it up with the glue everywhere and the front camera out of place.)
I returned the following day and was greeted by a very rude Naphtali who basically told me sorry I can’t help you and slammed the door in my face.
***DO NOT BRING YOUR DEVICES TO NAPHTALI, HE IS A SLOPPY TECHNICIAN AND IS VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE TO HIS CUSTOMERS***

Good, quick repair of a simple issue with an iPad. Cost £20. I was quoted £50 by some guys round the corner on East st. I have always found All about Laptops decent and honest - best laptop repair in the area. The laptops and phones they sell seem a little bit pricey for second hand products, but the repair service is excellent. Strongly recommended for repairs.

I'm not a computer person at all so taking my old MacBook Pro in for a repair felt a lot like going to a mechanic. I crossed my fingers fixing it would be affordable but in the end I would have had to go with whatever they told me, and pay whatever they said was the cost. LUCKILY All About Laptops had a super accurate quote and fixed it so fast! I now have a computer Repair Place where I can trust. they went above and beyond my expectations and in this world that is very rare.

I could not recommend this store more. They are always professional, tell you the price in advance and have always sorted me out. I have been using them for years. This week I had to bring my laptop in to fix some software. They told me 4 hours and a price. They ended up having to spend all day on it sticking to their original quote. Others would have surrendered half way through. Try them

Same experience as other reviewers. Told it would take 5 days but was never contacted once this time passed. Had to keep ringing them to get updates and was given different and contradictory excuses each time. After 2 weeks of waiting for parts to arrive they eventually said they couldn’t fix it. Why order parts before you’ve even diagnosed the problem? My console was returned with almost all the screws missing and the case just fell off and was more damaged when returned to me.
They even asked me to pay up front. Luckily I managed to avoid that. Extremely unprofessional. I don’t believe they know how to do half the repairs and just attempt things to try and get money.

Seemed like nice guys but they kept me waiting a lot with poor or no no communication. I had to go there myself to find out when my laptop would be ready and they said actually they couldn't fix it at all after a week waiting. Worst part is that some of the screws from the laptop were missing after I got it back! I went to another repair shop and it was fixed within two days. There are other repairs shops out there that charge the same but do a much better job

My computer stopped working and they diagnosed and repaired the problem in the same day. It turned out to be a fuse problem on the motherboard, which is very difficult to diagnose. I was amazed at the speed and quality of work. Ask for Fiaz - he's the expert.

Repair of a Dell Inspiron 1520 laptop and a Siemens Fujitsu laptop. Quality service from start to finish including regular updates to mobile phone despite very quick service and very reasonably priced!. Very pleased and will recommend and will visit for buying mobile phone. The headphones I bought was a very good deal!

I replace my Sony Z2 screen in this shop with good price, but they refuse to give me a invoice. A couple of weeks later , the screen start having any issues, some part become no sensitive , for example I can no more use 's' letter coz this screen part of the virtual keyboard become nonsensitive and I have to turn screen to change 's' position, other part of screen become also not sensitive. I can no more reply to call by sliding with finger (need many attempts)

Appalling customer service. I don't know how this place is still in business. I took my laptop in mid October to have screen fixed. By 14th Nov, they still hadn't fixed it. They then 'mislaid' the laptop. When I called up they couldn't find my job - they then didn't call back. Do not use this place. Incompetent, rude, and unable to help. Total time wasters. Dec 18th I now am back at square one with a broken laptop.

I was charged £300+ to fix my MacBook for a problem I knew it didn’t have at this place. So I took it to a different shop was charged £20. Do not get your electronics fixed here they are scammers. Will most likely overcharge you and tell you something that isn’t true so you pay more. Save a lot of money and go elsewhere.

"Service and product better than Currys!
I purchased a laptop for my son to use for his school work. I found All about laptops one day when walking towards the tram station.
They suggested the right laptop (Acer for my boy)for a school boy and my son is very pleased, with clear details about them. Also gave me all the updated software’s and other things required in a laptop. Much better services and cheaper compared to curry’s where I had been looking before.

Bought a good computer at a reasonable price. Six months later it developed a fault so I returned it. Laptop shop told me someone will check the computer then call me. At the end of my shift at work I saw a missed call from laptop shop. when I returned the call someone told me the computer was repaired. I asked what was the problem they told me it had a virus. I got to the shop to find they deleted all my files and photos as well as Microsoft office 2003 which they gave me when I purchased the computer. I was very angry when they told me I gave them permission to delete all the files. I certainly didn't. The staff shouted at me and treated me like dirt. I had to purchase miscrosoft because the kingsoft they installed did not have publisher which I needed for my job. The staff in the shop did not check if I wanted to keep my files and this is common sense who would agree to their computer being wiped clean without a back up first? I phoned laptop shop the following day to beg them to reinstall Microsoft office but was shocked when the staff remembered me and hanged up the phone.

My sister took her laptop to this place to get fixed and price was a little steep (£50) but wasn't too extortionate.
After about a week she had problems again so I took a look for her, when looking inside I saw that the hard drive was detached as all the screws (6) holding it in place were ALL missing! Had a look around the base of the laptop and noticed some others missing too, very shoddy repair work. Makes me wonder if the screws were intentionally left out to bring it back for another "repair".

These guys can be so rude and such time wasters. I have been there recently because my lapop needed the uk keyboard replaced. They charged me upfront, kept the device for 7 days, did not bother informing me when it was ready and once I finally collected it and went home, I realized that they had installed an american keyboard without checking with me if it was ok. I phoned in to show my disappointment and the man on the phone just brushed me off saying “It s ok, no problem madam, bring it back” and hung up kn me?!!! 8 days wasted!

If I could give less than one star then I would. Took my MacBook in for repair in September and they kept telling me to come back at the end of the week which I did and then they said they would ring me when it’s repaired - they never did. I bought a new MacBook in November as I was needing it for my university work, and We are now in December and I haven’t heard anything from them about the laptop I took in from September. Absolute scammers and a disgusting shop.
