Came here after my macbook air presented sudden keyboard issues and couldn't be turned on. Went to an 'Apple Verified' store before hand, and there they told me I'd need to be replacing the screen, logic board, and keyboard, all for a total of £1000+ ; they told me I'd be better off just buying a new laptop! I saw this place had excellent reviews and came right after - didn't have to book an appointment, and was told my computer would be diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours - they identified that the issue was from my keyboard and it would be fixed for £222 (VAT included). I left my laptop with them and it was ready the very next day, as good as new! Would absolutely recommend this place over the Apple store/any other 'Apple Verified' place: the staff here was incredibly friendly, informative and genuine in their service - not to mention that the service saved me a heavy penny from getting it fixed elsewhere. Will be coming here should I have any future issues!

Do you have a problem with your Mac and you need help very quickly? Look no further – you have found the right place – the specialists at the Mac Response Centre will help you! Here is what had happened to me and how they have helped me: A bottle of water had leaked in my handbag and caused horrible liquid damage on my MacBook Pro (mid-2015, 15inch). The water got inside the Retina display, and the screen did not light up anymore. Another repair shop that I contacted initially claimed that the damage was beyond repair. But I urgently need the MacBook for my work, and I cannot live without it. Thus, in a state near total despair, I contacted the Mac Response Centre hoping that they would be able to help me - and they absolutely did! I could not have had any more positive experience: They immediately got in touch and had a look at the computer as soon as I arrived. They ran various diagnostics to find out what the exact problem was. It turned out that the main board was still functioning but needed ultra-sonic cleaning to avoid/remove corrosion and that the screen would need to be replaced. The replacement screen was delivered within very quickly (within two days), and I was able to collect the computer immediately on the same day as soon as the screen had been delivered. While I was waiting for the screen to be replaced, I was provided with a replacement MacBook Pro (in which my own hard drive had been inserted), so that I did not lose any further work time. The total price for all of this was extremely reasonable (in particular, compared to what some of the other options were that I had considered before, such as buying a refurbished or new machine). On a final note, I would like to add that the staff working at the Mac Response Centre are not only highly competent and helpful, but also very welcoming, kind, polite, and friendly. In total, the repair service was extremely professional, very fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I would like to strongly and warm-heatedly recommend this service to anyone who experiences any Mac problem. Therefore, very solid five stars (it should be six!) for how excellent and competent the service was and for how well I was treated as a customer here. I am endlessly grateful for your help - Thanks a million!

Had a great experience at Max Response Centre. My 11-year-old MacBook Air wasn’t starting properly and the team left no stone unturned trying to see if my machine (and my data) were salvageable. While in the end, I decided it was best to just get a new machine, I’d definitely recommend anyone who is having trouble with their Apple machines to come here. Thank you again for all your help!

These guys are just simply amazing! They literally revived my Macbook Pro 2018 which was drenched in a whole cup of black coffee and they still managed to save it and bring it back to life. I had honestly thought that was it, laptop dead, but they worked their magic! If you need any type of repair do not look anywhere else! Spilt tea on my Macbook and took it here, they were great. They opened it up to see if there was liquid inside for free, then they clearly explained at each step the damage and costs and let me decide what to do. Ended up changing the keyboard and it's now working great. Thank you!

I would highly recommend this service, they were very helpful and considerate, my Mac was fixed and back to me the following day after Apple more or less told me to get a new one, because it was "vintage" and it wasn't worth saving! Data Recovery is absolutely nerve wracking when you dont know if anything off your computer is salvable. Steven picked up the phone by chance on his day off and must have detected the anxiety and worry I felt over trying to recover 10 years of work off my dead mac. He waited for me to come over and has spent several hours on his day off performing a diagnostic and ultimately recovering from my computer what I thought I'd never get back. He has also helped other people today even though they are supposed to be closed; the kind of generosity and sense of community that seems rare these days. Can't recommend this place enough!

Thank you for fixing my MacBook Pro yesterday. Having visited the Apple Store last weekend and the options they offered me, I really was unsure about what to do about getting it fixed or buying a new one.
I brought it into you in the hope of retrieving the data I hadn't backed up in the week prior to the logic board failing. However you got it working again and turned it around the same day.
I'm very happy with this Mac and I didn't like the prospect of having to buy a new one. I definitely recommend!

I came in the next day after Boxing Day at 10am and my MacBook Pro that had two issues were sparkling clean, new looking when I came back at 2pm. It’s just incredible! I managed to spill a bit of water on my MacBook and the keyboard soon stopped responding. The team here know their stuff and were very friendly and helpful! There was a slight delay due to the replacement keyboard being delivered to the wrong address but this was no fault of theirs and they kept me updated throughout. After a spillage rendered my macbook unusable I took it to the mac response centre 2 hours later it was fixed, new keyboard, cleaned and conducting paste redone. This company are efficient and keep everything in stock. They do the work on the premises. I also found them to be really friendly, reassuring and curteous, showed me around the workshop/cleanroom. Some will probably say it might be a little on the expensive side but for a same day service I think it is amazing value. Thanks Sam and Roman for sorting it all out.

I was a walk in but they saw to me straight away, were very helpful and fixed my laptop in just over an hour while I waited. (I ended up needing a new hard drive)
They also answered all the questions I had about the initial problem and were very open and transparent about pricing, speaking to me before they did anything.

Mac Response Centre was recommended to me by a Genius at the Apple store in Westfield Stratford. This was after the Genius said it would take 6 days and £500 to fix my Mac Book Pro.

Fantastic service. Friendly, honest and expert service from Sam. I had a broken headphone jack stuck in the headphone port and also an issue with the graphics card). They fixed my macbook and gave it a service in half a day, on the day, for a fair and thoughtful price. The macbook was given back in sparkling condition. Very impressed and you can park for free right outside.

I popped my Mac in to the team at 18:00 just before they shut and they promised to investigate the issue the next morning, which they dually did and it was ready for me the next afternoon. They diagnosed a fault with the SMC chip and replaced it. I think many other places would have ripped out the whole board. I felt very comfortable that they knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them.

After downloading the new Mojave Os to my iMAC, the machine slowed down radically.
I contacted The Mac Response Centre and they suggested bringing it in to upgrade from 500Gb to 1TB solid-state memory.
I asked them to mirror the disk, just in case, but it seemed that Mojave had wrecked my disk as well, and it was very difficult to download the data.
In the end, I was able to restore from Time Machine, but Steven went significantly out of his way to work out how to copy my data to another disk, just in case - many thanks!
Very impressed with this company - would recommend them very highly to anyone else

Really amazing place, take one 2011 Macbook Pro which Apple Store can't fix as they no longer sell the logic board. Take it here, they re-bed the graphics chip and everything works. Turnaround less than 24 hours! Amazing, we need more places like this.
