I am not the person to give a review but I am really upset and angry the way how they work. They gave me the laptop completely broken on the frame after being changed three times the screen. They never checked the screen with spots though it was the second hand. Although my frame was with some cracks, they shouldn't give me the laptop like the photo shown below with a metalic thing outside of the frame. You can see the pictures and how incompetent they are.
Because I can not reply for your response underneath I can do now. It's not the way to work. I have shown my laptop to my friends who are really shocked for the bad work. It's not the way you are. I don't blame no one. The small tape you talk It was a just a bit cover for the frame but anyone can do it. You have to do the proper job. I felt completely offensive the way you gave me the laptop. Anyway you broke my laptop and I have to follow the instructions of Consumer Rights Act 2015. You don't have to tell me by text and messade in a democratic country which feedback I need to give when the proof of pictures is tangible. My desktop is not anymore horizontal and it fells down easily, there is not balance. It never happened to me. Do you give the laptop like that? I am really really upset.

I have been coming to this shop for 10 years both to buy and repair mac's and a few iphones. The owner is not pretentious and explains things in a clear way that doesn't leave you feeling stupid or ripped off. Excellent value and great, honest service. Highly recommend.

Had such a good experience here! Was really stressed since my computer (containing EVERYTHING) shut off and wouldn't charge or turn on again. After 15 minutes in the shop, my computer was fixed and he didn't even charge me anything! While I hope I won't need to go back too soon - I now know exactly where to go when I do :)

Absolutely fantastic. My PC broke down and my son needed it for university. After being fogged off buy another PC repair shop, PC and Mac Doctor fixed my PC. He was very professional and curteous. He went the extra mile to ensure that all operating systems were working etc. Highly recommend.

Great Service! Mustapha was very helpful in repairing my laptop. Ordered a part for me without asking for payment, and then did a great job replacing it. It's a 30 minute journey for me to get to his shop, and even though i have others near me, they're nowhere near as good and the trip was well worth it.

Great experience bought a mac from him a few years ago and when my laptop would not turn on, he firstly found the problem, restored all my data and replaced the hard drive (which was the issue) and set everything back on my laptop that I was worried I might lose. Friendly service but overpriced for very cheap parts. Went to get iPhone 8 screen repaired and the new screen had a sepia / yellow tinge and auto dimming when on calls stopped working. The man tried several different screens all with same yellow tones and compromised brightness. Got it fixed at iSmash instead and no problems there

Really good service. My gaming PC blue screened sporadically. online tech support could not fix the issue but PC and Mac Doctor diagnosed each item of hardware fully over the course of a week and identified the issue and fixed it. I'm very happy with the service, I will use them in future. Total peace of mind.

When my HP laptop stopped working 2 years ago I took it to another local repair shop who told me it needed a new motherboard. So I called hp who quoted £300 to repair it. Ouch. So it just sat there. Recently I've needed my laptop back so I called hp again but my machine is now so old they don't have the parts. They advised me to go to a local repair shop who should be able to source parts and fix it. HP advisor helped me find a local repair service so I called PCand Mac Doctor. Mustapha said he'd have a look and call me back within 2 weeks to let me know if it could be fixed. Indeed he messaged me, within the 2 weeks (on my birthday) to let me know that he had fixed it! And for less than half than HP had quoted. I was very happy and told Mustapha it was like magic, to which he replied, "Its not magic, its logic". Great experience for me, I would definitely recommend him.
